Changes from Version 3 in the description and your comments:
1. Bring back Windows NT 5.0 Startup sounds since the copyright of that sound no longer exist.
2. Added all Windows default theme sounds and Windows ME theme sounds
3. Arrange all Windows 11 and Windows server preview builds to their codename
4. Added startup/shutdown sounds disabled by default to those versions of Windows Which have their sounds disabled by default
5. Fixed some minor versions of Windows sounds
6. Changed the Windows Version order according to their release

I expected the almighty Windows Longhorn sounds to be here as well from specific build. Best startup and shutdown sounds I've ever heard for windows. Sadly it was not used, neither for windows itself.

It was never used in any builds of longhorn. There are no sound files from any builds of longhorn with the fake sounds. The sounds came from a Samsung theme for windows xp.
