The feds got there targets for whatever reasons, 500 years is outrageous for a non violent crime. I know people who have killed people and are free right now. Hopefully he gets a very light sentence like 1 to 3 years. 🙏

We choose to subscribe to the way of living in the U.S. If we wanted to be homeless nomads we could and the only law we’d be breaking is trespassing or loitering potentially. His lawyer told him to put that video out so he could play it in court to prove Omi has thought about his actions & has some remorse. In hopes the judge will give him some leniency in the sentencing. This is a great cautionary video. I had a chance to make quick money in college, but I backed out because I know I’m not built for prison or possibly dodging bullets! I love my freedom!

In my opinion anything over two years is too much. For the bootlegging of media and then selling a subscriptions service should've been like a civil matter, with lawsuits. As far as the tax evasion that should max be like 5 years. But of course I am not a lawyer, nor may I have the story. Look up the federal sentencing guidelines. Copyright infringement carries a 5 year max. IRS tax evasion I think has a statutory max of 5 years and then also look up the federal loss amount calculation as well. It also including mitigation and aggravating circumstances, if the person was the mastermind, since he plead guilty and is taken full responsibility he will get a 3 point reduction in his sentence calculation.

When you look at their conviction rate (99.6%) combined with the fact that 90% of defendants in federal cases plead guilty... it's not accountability he has no choice so might as well take a moment and save his UA-cam career for the slim chances that he might get out in a few decades or have people willing to support his family while he's locked up since he'll be unable to accumulate income while in prison.

Honestly I think his neighbors got jealous of him at called the police on him. His neighbors have two cars while he has 50 cars that hurts to some and I really think Omi should of move in the woods with no neighbors. Be careful of being flashy it doesn’t get you anywhere in life
You eventually get tired of running. I've watched a few of his episodes and you can tell the stress of all of this was coming down on him. He's a hustler he will rebuild.
