I remember starting off in the nosebleed section but right after halftime all the Texans fans bailed so I ended up with front row seats at the 15 yard line. Right behind the Texans cheerleaders. 🤣 It was my first NFL game and it was awesome! Well worth the 700 mile round trip in the same day. 😎

We got to Houston at about 11:30 a.m. just in time to pick up the tickets from the broker before lunch. You can say we showed up WAY too early so we grabbed a bite to eat then hung around close by until they opened up the parking lot to tailgaters. We must have sat out there across the street in a neighborhood for about 3 or 4 hours before they let us on the property. I remember it had just rained so it was hot and humid that day. Anyhow, we finally got in, watched the game, and left as soon as the game was over. I drove all the way up there and I drove all the way back down. Standing in the heat and humidity before the game left me exhausted. Not a well planned trip for sure but thankfully we made it back and forth safe. It was definitely an experience. I'd like to make it to Lambeau Field next if life permits. 🙏
As a GB fan, I encourage mocking the belt. It's motivation to get a one sided game going. But maybe the other 31 coaches should implement a rule: "if you mock the belt, you get benched. Then maybe we won't get blown out after."
