In the first to third boss fight in MD, Dr. Zomboss tells us to stop time traveling or else the timeline will collapse, but Dave only wants his taco, when we defeat Dr. Zomboss in the final boss battle, he gives us a taco with a waffle on top so Crazy Dave wouldn't do time traveling anymore.
@@Azurethewolf168 You are right that the piano is used in some worlds in the same part but what I mean is that the tonality of the piano is different in each one, modern days has vibes of pvz 1 with grand piano, in the wild west for example It looks like an upright piano, in the dark ages it has an organ touch, the difference is minimal but in my opinion it is noticeable.
I would unironically have preferred if they removed the mid-wave themes instead of Ultimate Battle and Demonstration Minigame. I never even see anyone talking about those mid-wave themes Of course them not removing anything will always be the best option

Yeah, I feel the whole idea could’ve been done better. The idea of all worlds colliding into one is nice but they didn’t do much with it. They just reused an old lawn and barely had any new zombies, it didn’t feel like an actual final world.

I wonder why they scrapped what could’ve been a really intense ending for something that feels like any other world. It feels like with JM and MD, PopCap just didn’t know how to make good levels or ideas, the ideas they had were executed poorly (dinosaurs, modern day), and the level design was just spam or nothjng too challenging. It’s good they stopped where they did, can you imagine how a Zombosseum world would be? With modern PopCap’s level design, you would never be able to finish it without leveling.

Shigi worked on Ancient Egypt and the leitmotifs of demonstration minigame and ultimate battle were made by her. Mcconnell just made a remix of them for every world, so we can count that this song is made by both of them

I think I might be the only person who doesn’t have a negative opinion on The Final Boss of Modern Day, hear me out, I know some people would’ve loved to see some rendition of the PvZ 1 Zombot again, and I understand that, however we need to focus on the fact that during the events of Modern Day, Time and Space is collapsing around Neighborville, all because a Crazy Old Man wanted to eat a Taco again while his Mortal Enemy tried to screw him over, and not only The Player and Crazy Dave are screwed but Dr. Zomboss as well, hordes of Zombies across time are here to eat The Player and Crazy Dave and remember what happened to Zomboss in the Final Modern Day Trailer, he basically foiled his own plan, so I think The Final Boss of Modern Day is meant to be Dr. Zomboss’s last ditch effort to undo everything by erasing Dave and The Player, therefore he can’t use the OG Zombot or even a rendition, simply because he’s desperate.

After the addition of the mixtape tour world, they had a problems with memory and the game was constantly crashing, so the only solution was to remove these soundtracks, especially because of them the game weighed a lot (2 GB as I remember), which did not suit many players

I love how from 0:00 to 2:17 is the mixture of almost every world, and from 2:17, which before the drop till the end, it's just the piano solo
