    Great video. So many use a mixer to knead. I love putting on some good music and kneading away by hand. I find it relaxing.

    Wow, I have so many questions! How do you make your sourdough starter? What kind of smelt do you recommend... unifine, ultra-unifine unbleached or sprouted? I don't have a grain mill. Is this good for diabetics? You did great with this video! Thank you so much for doing it.
