I'm blessed by your encouragement and support. My sincere hope is that when Narnia receives a huge amount of attention in the next few years, these videos will help point people to the greater truths contained in the stories. Thank you for joining me in this endeavor!
@@IntotheWardrobe I've enjoyed your videos here recently as well, particularly the old theories on Tash. I had a question for you: I'm curious as to the music you're using for these videos. I'd love to take a listen to it, but google can't identify it past the dialog. What is the music you typically use, especially the tracks in the origins of Tash video?
This makes me wonder if Aslan had incarnations and travels in more (or all) of the pool worlds of the Wood Between the Worlds. It would have made Jadis' instant terror of Aslan all the more explainable if she were familiar of legends of Him from the early days of Charn.
There's a moment in one of the books where he explicitly says that he's known by another name in our world. It would be very strange if he only had incarnations in two of the worlds, and it probably makes the most sense if he has incarnations in all of them.
I'm using Prince Caspian for an English project in school and you're one of the biggest helps, because of your video on Caspian's life. You, and the Prince Caspian book
Oh, I have such fond memories of Aslan's travels. I must take time to read all of the books again to truly refresh my memory. Yes, every chapter is better than the one before. Thank you for your efforts to introduce people to the greater truths of Aslan and Narnia.
I’m doing English comp this semester at college, and I’ve been doing nothing but C. S. Lewis quotes whenever we need quotes just to see if my teacher notices, and I’ve realized, he talks about literally everything. Next quote is from a favourite book, since my favourite book is Silver Chair, easy quote. I’m going to find the most ridiculous Puddleglum quote I can.
His character isn't that much well written. He looks to me a little bit like Dumbledore, in a way that he has greater schemes and uses people to get there. Also the fact that he's supposed to have such goodness and wiseness that people are afraid of him seems weird to me, kinda of like Alsan loves to be worshiped and does things in order to maintain this - which is really egocentric.
@@alexandrepelletier5731people are afraid of him because he is pure and just. The reason Edmond for example has fear when he first hears of him as well as sees him is because Edmond deserves punishment and his heart was in sin. While others who have a heart for good feel love. But all of them have fear because all of them ( like us ) deserve punishment but Aslan ( like Jesus ) dies as a replacement for the punishment. He’s like the sun, both beautiful and bright yet can burn you, but not out of bad intent but because that’s how things are Also aslan isn’t egocentric, he deserves all the glory. Ego comes from a place when you’re undeserving of the praise, when you push past what you should get. Aslan is pure, the creator of all. He deserves the praise and glory because he is the definition of praise and glory. It’s not egocentric if your the reason all exist. He protects all, loves all, and helps all even tho no one deserves it. Edmond deserved death, but he died for him because he loved Edmond. That’s deserving of glory

As a teen, I discovered this wonderful series of books. I had attended Christian school growing up, and these books offered a different, but similar and entertaining, version of what was taught in school and church. I passed the books on to my son when he was young, and hope he will pass them on to my grandchildren when that time comes. I'm so grateful to C.S. Lewis for this amazing version of God.
Will we EVER see a complete set of movies based on these books? There was the BBC series from the late 80s that ended with The Silver Chair (Tom Baker as Puddleglum!!!), and then the Disney movies that ended with Dawntreader. So wishing for a complete series.
Well Netflix has the rights to all 7 books so it’s very possible and the first movie is supposed to come out this upcoming so hopefully they will release every book in the series including my personal favorite: The Horse and his boy
It is interesting that Lewis is as much a "Hobbit" in his own way as Tolkien was. While Lewis did not mind the occasional large city, such as Cair Paravel, we find in Narnia his love of wild landscapes and carefully cultivated hamlets. I personally believe that his truest sentiments regarding urbanization are to be found in his descriptions of Tashban and Beruna. It should be noted that there are NO great cities seen in Aslan's country.
Thank you! I create all the artwork digitally with tools like Photoshop, MidJourney and others. It takes up a big chunk of the 40 hours/video so I'm glad you find it worthwhile!
Hi into the wardrode, your friend of narnia Mateo again. Since I was like 8-13 I played Aslan almost every time we played narnia. Aslan has always been and will be one of my favorite narnia characters. Again keep up the good work, God bless!
Whoops, I should’ve mentioned the albatross! It appears in the shape of the cross at one point and comes along the light of the sun and sounds like Aslan’s voice.
I originally had that episode in the video, but removed it because it's not clear if it was actually Aslan, or a messenger/ helper and Aslan's disembodied voice. But nice catch.
They are lovely aren't they? The map is the original Pauline Baynes illustration. Both the map and the timeline are from a 45th anniversary hardback edition I have.
I love how c.s.lewis preached the gosple with his stories. I want to tell people the good news of Jesus in my stories as well! God bless you and this channel, and keep up the good work. P.s. my character in narnia; is king Edmund, the just, and kight of narnia.
I've always love every appreance of Aslan in the book and movie. The little screen time always make me feels lonely and miss him. Thanks for this video for summarizing all the Aslan journey. It make me feels less lonely anymore
Thanks for the note and for paying such close attention! I actually intentionally left that scene off of the list. Upon re-reading it, it seems as if the voice was disembodied, and, though the albatross was sent from Aslan it was not actually Alsan himself. It is reminiscent of the baptism of Jesus, when the Holy Spirit appears in the form of a dove while the voice of the Father speaks from heaven. it might also be an angelic representation. In any case I decided it didnt quite fit the criteria I laid out. But I definitely respect anyone who might disagree on this one!
I whish more people gave Narnia a chance, I've always enjoyed the stories and movies. I like Lord of The Rings as well but something about Narnia has always drawn me in, maybe it's because I grew up reading the books from a early age. Aslan is one of my favorite characters of all time
Beautuful Video as always. If I can i ask you a questions could you point me toward any active online Narnia community? may it be on Discord or anywhereelse?

When I listened to the audiobook of Narnia from family radio theatre In the voyage of the dawn treader Romandu explained that he would ate a fire berry to be young again and I couldn’t help but wonder if the fire berry was made from the mountains of the sun and it was the same place as Lucy’s cordial that contained the fire juice that came from the mountains of the sun. What I’m asking is: Is the fire juice and the fire berry related in a way as the same fire plant? Or are they not the same?
Great video man, sorry for asking these late, but I was wondering if you could expand on the dark force you mentioned in the was Jadis really dead video, thanks and sorry to disturb
Question: Is Aslan meant to be an aspect of the Holy Spirit? I ask because of the fact that Lewis says he has a father, but he's the creator of Narnia and from what I understand of his final conversation with the Pevensies, l think he's also the God of our world. How does that work?
Stuart, as someone who appreciates Lewis and appears to be committed to God’s Word and sensitive to the Hill Spirit, have you given much though to C. S. Lewis’ doctrinal implications near the end of “The Last Battle” when Aslan and the group meet the young Calorman soldier? I tend to believe he wasn’t attempting to make any doctrinal statements with that part of the story, since he has expressed correct doctrinal beliefs on salvation elsewhere.

Did C.S Lewis say what kind of lion Aslan was/is? I’ve never read the books, but I imagine him as a Barbary lion.
He was a Narnion lion
Hmmm, I don't think he ever did! Aslan changed sizes many times in the books so I'm thinking he was one of a kind!
💯 Barbary w the mist impressive coat

Aslan turned into the actual Jesus
✌
fun fact: aslan exists in the pokemon world, he is known as solgaleo
Shasta was around 10, not 14.
10:02 It seems to me that since Aslan is Jesus Christ that he would have simply walked on the water, no need to teleport.
Are you shadowbanned bro?
I hope not! Do you think I am?
!
Why all the weird Christian spam?
It's a channel about the chronicles of Narnia. He's Christan. The books are about Christianity.
What is the music you use in these videos and where can I listen to it?
