1) in india high is a slang used for both high on drugs and drunk so by that high they meant prahalad was drinking frequently and a lot
2)Hind ka sitara means star of india ...hind is term for india thats why we salute and say jai hind... and sitara means a star
3) no prob if u forget DM is district magistrate which means he/she controls a district which has blocks and blocks has villages and villages head are called pradhan or sarpanch
4)The song which was used in this episode is sung by Manoj tiwari he is a member of parliament from BJP and is an actor a singer cricketer and a politician and that song is called as sohar and is sung in Bihar and UP when a child is born its like praising the child that my child will become a pm someday will achieve a lot in his life and i too was surprised that they included this culture from our side really proud of director for doing his homework

DM is also known as collector/district collector (remnants from a British colonial times when collectors’s offices used to collect taxes from the citizens, which does not happen now… btw county = district in India or boroughs in NYC)

You need a better mike so we could hear you proper.and use the actual sound of the show, its like we are hearing it over the phone.
You nailed it…that is exactly what happened. OBS Studio refused to screen record Amazon Prime in the browser. I spent a few hours trouble shooting and got nowhere. I ended up having to set my phone up to record my computer screen as the show played. That is why the audio is so bad. Sorry about that. I will continue to work on it and try to find solutions.

@@justanotherarmyvet2.0 They have messed up subtitles big time this season. They're not so incorrect, but some incorrect vocabulary and some wrong translations every now and then.
Like instead of saying MLA, which was easier, they're saying legislator, instead of panchayat office they're saying village council office. Which is not incorrect per say, but confuses more. They should've stuck with the vocabulary used in previous season(s).

Basically it was given to him in season one where he was troubling sachiv ji when pradhan and everyone gets to know about him they say he is banrakas ( it literally means ban- jungle rakshas(rakas in local dialect) meaning devil or demon
