2025 is off to an exhilarating start as Rad Chaser and The Son of Rad Chaser dive headfirst into their collecting adventures! In this episode, we’re sharing updates on Rad Chaser’s primary mission-adding 100 NES games to the collection. With 6 games already secured, the stack is starting to grow, and we’ll walk through each new addition in detail. From rare finds to hidden gems, we’ll chat about what makes these titles special and why they’re perfect for the collection. The journey is just beginning, and there’s so much more to come!
But that’s not all! The Son of Rad Chaser is on his own epic quest to acquire 100 issues of Nintendo Power magazines. With bids currently placed on 10 lots of 10 magazines, there’s a potential windfall of 40 issues just around the corner! We’ll talk about his progress, the nostalgia behind these iconic magazines, and how they fuel our retro gaming passion.
Beyond our main quests, we’re also diving into some exciting side quests! For Rad Chaser, the hunt is on for rare Dragon Quest items, all gold-cart Legend of Zelda variants for the NES, and the thrilling challenge of starting a new game collection with either $10 or zero dollars using items already owned. These side quests are sure to bring their own unique twists and surprises to the journey!
