my first CT show. Tix were free giveaway at Abbey Road records in Toledo! Loved Harpo's, is it still up there? I remember RZ spending alot of time draped over the amps in between singing like he was sick, but he always goes on with the show.
Is it the record company, the manager, or who do we blame for wasting the bands time and the fans time with this album. Don't get me wrong, I do like the album, but all it really did was sidetrack them from doing the really great stuff that came after.
killed in the studio, by some much horrible, horrible synths...still on here, kill the synth...if anything go moog or get that skittering sound Pete Townsend was able to get
One of the best tracks off of the Doctor.
amazing band , wish i could jump back into the 70s and 80s to see them more !!
Yes he does!
Needed Tom, badly

Notice at 3:15 the audience sits there in stunned silence
That would be called "blown away" by wall to wall sound.
rick does those high choruses?
oiyabastard Rick backups are being helped along by Cheap Trick's touring keyboard player Todd Howarth!
Possibly one of the loudest Cheap Trick albums.... ever. To bad power love ballets began taking rock into the pusshouse at this time during the 80's.
Looks more like a technical issue .. not a forgotten lyric.
Either way, it was a nice recovery.
@DominoRyder how was the album bd?? its good

Kinda looks like Robin is wearing a straightjacket. (who could blame him?)
The label really had them in one during this period, the lowest of the low.
hahaha xD he didn't sing at 1:48
