Baltimore is NOT on the coast of the Chesapeake Bay (as stated at 1:10). It's on the Patapsco River. Oops (at 4:37), AND Antietam is NOT where Lincoln gave his Emancipation Proclamation. It was Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, which is why it's referred to as "The Gettysburg Address". This, along with grammatical errors, does not make Maryland appealing - not to mention HIGH TAXES!
The Proclamation and the Gettysburg Address were two separate things. The Emancipation Proclamation wasn't even really "given" either. The battle at Antietam was the push Lincoln needed to issue the Proclamation.
