The evolution of Preach has been amazing. Running with gangs in the earlier seasons and being overweight to being a mentor and getting in shape physically too. Low key one of my favorite characters on the show
Preach always had potential for serious character development. You could see it when he was first introduced. He’s basically what Shawn could have become had he not been killed.
That would explain the text that patience sent preach earlier in the show when she wanted him to come see her ASAP but the biggest clue was when COOP realized that the Gun Layla kept in her Safe was missing made me realize patience was gonna do something crazy…but I’m glad preach and coop were able to talk some sense into her
If Billy was alive now, what exact words would he had said to Patience on this scene if he had been there with Preach and Coop? What would Spencer, Olivia, or Layla had said to Patience if those three had been there?
If I was to take a guess I would say it probably wasn’t even loaded, she was probably just gonna pull the gun on Miko just to scare her, having an unloaded gun vs a loaded gun makes a HUGE difference
