I never had the pleasure of knowing how to speak my language and as it is coming closer for me to leave to serve my mission, I prayed for a way to be taught how to. I really feel like the lord has answered my prayers through you. Thank you
Malo lava uso, great resource material provided but just letting you know that your pronunciation of the term 'fanau' is incorrect. You say 'fah-NOW' but the last syllable should sound like fah-Null (without rolling the 'L's).
@@PurpleBaron1 Malo uce, no disrespect intended but I am a proud Samoan, born and raised in Upolu, Samoa and a fluent speaker. Togisala's pronunciation of the Samoan vowels requires improvement (it sounds like Mr. Togisala is not a natural speaker of the language but I commend him for his passion and efforts to promote the Fa'aSamoa).

As someone with Samoan friends and that appreciates their culture, these lessons are helping me connect with them in a whole new way. Thank you.

I have to disagree uce... If you go on Loyd Togisala channel he pronounces it the same 'fah-nah-oo'
