This is scary, how can president of free and democratic country just declare martial law with no reason and with no support of parliament/senate? It makes no sense, army should not listen him in such case or they should vice versa arrest him for treason. Here in Czechia, some political parties want to remove senate and other institutions, they say it's infficient, but all these things are insurance of democracy, we know what we are doing after our experience from communist time. This is scary, how can president of free and democratic country just declare martial law with no reason and with no support of parliament/senate? It makes no sense, army should not listen him in such case or they should vice versa arrest him for treason.
Here in Czechia, some political parties want to remove senate and other institutions, they say it's infficient, but all these things are insurance of democracy, we know what we are doing after our experience from communist time. It looks like Korea learned nothing from their totaleratian past.
When I saw that new, I thought that they are going to war or someething, martial law is no fun, you do it in case of war, not just for fun.
