- Some people asked me to teach this strumming in English.
So here you can learn the way I use to play these songs. I use a mix of indigenous styles I heard and a bit of other influences.

Fernando Palácio maravilha! Depois compartilha o resultado com a gente 🙏
Thank you so much for this - it is very clear and easy to follow! The one part I cannot seem to get however, is how you create the silent/muted strum without doing anything different with the left hand. The only way I can get that is to flatten my left hand on the strings without pressing down so they are muted. Can you please clarify how you do it?! 🙏🙏
helloooo..... you can understand the strumming on this video ua-cam.com/video/gVwI_a1fy94/v-deo.html
Thank, meu irmao!
You're welcome!
Obrigadão irmão 🙏 haux haux
Tamo junto!
Gracias !! Por favor, when you go super fast, do you play the bass cord with your thumb or with the nail of the index finger?
I go down with the index nail and Up with thumb nail
Estou quase conseguindo, Haux!
Hey brother do you know if the yawanawa use a pick/plectrum wirh the right hand? And if so how do they use it? I tried to make the same sounds but it sound very different only with my hand. Thank you🙏🏼hauxhaux
I can see lots of them use pick, but I think it's just the regular way...going up and down
Can you please explain a little in detail how do you do the "stoppato", when you stop the sound on the chords? I cannot figure it out properly by this video...
I found it in another video of yours!! Thank you!!!!
ohhh perfect.... happy that you found it :D
Gratidao
ahowww..
Hauxxxxx
So what is the (basic/first)
pattern? DOWN, _ , Up, Down, up, Down, up = 1 chord?
the amount of 'up, down' on each chord will depend on the song.....
@@DaAlma Yes I know. :) But could you tell me what it is on this song Yawanawa?
Ist das dieselbe Technik wie von Chris Orange (Fenix)? Sehr schnell rauf-runter, rauf-runter?
Ok I watched it also, thank you. But I can't find a difference, for me it's the same like in this video, just up-down, up-down 😅 I am a beginner (started in October) but doing very vell in my opinion fir this short time.
@@haja26 no no, this one you have more "effects" like the Rasgueado and the percussive technic... the other one is just up and down
@@DaAlma ok das sind wohl Dinge, die man als Neuling nicht gut erkennt. Dafür braucht es wahrscheinlich einen Lehrer vor Ort. Trotzdem danke.
May i ask how the guitar should be tuned ? thank you!
I tune it the regular way
Hi how do you make the clicking mute sound at the end of the strum?
Try to get just the 'percussive' sound on that moment.
Go fast with the fingers trhough the strings and block it right after with yout thumb.
International!!! Ihuuuu
TABATA LIMA hahahaha a gente se mete em cada uma né hahahaha
Could you add link to this in Spanish Please?
Sorry I still don't have in Spanish
