SEAT UPDATE -- We just got back from a 2,500 mile highway & offroad trip, and these seats were a bit of an unsung hero on the trip. Both Christine and I agreed that the bit of extra padding in the covers made our seats feel more comfortable than before. ZERO fatigue sitting in them for 12 hour days on the highway. We were both very pleasantly surprised. With that said .... a few downsides you should know: 1) Because of the extra padding and the fact that they are slip-on covers, they do make you sit up a little higher and more forward in the seat. For me at 6'2'', I found myself sitting just a bit higher than ideal, but not too bad. Definitely had to move the seat a bit further back than before to find a comfortable driving position. 2) Your butt doesn't really 'slide' on these seats. Which means when you can't just slide across the seat like you can with the normal leather. You kind of need to "hop" into place. I got used to it, but it is a minor annoyance. Overall though, after that road-trip, I would 100% buy these again. For the price, they look great and are super comfortable.
YOU INSTALLED THEM ON THE WRONG SEATS. The Airbag portion faces the door, not the center console. This is EXTREMELY important if the vehicle has seat mounted airbags, which most newer vehicles do.
My hundred series seat hasn’t started tearing yet but I have been looking at trying to find something to keep them from getting bad. I may have to try these out
For the price, I'm a huge fan. Check my pinned comment for a bit of an update on these seats after getting back from a 2,500 mile road trip. P.S -- I need to hit you up about some plans for our next build, coming later this year!
Just installed these. They look nice and the price is great. One thing I don’t like is on hot days the seat covers smell like vinyl. Hope the smell goes away with time.
What timing. I just ordered mine the other day and will be here tomorrow. These will be in my new 23 Challenger. I went with red middle, black sides. They are just to give me some color until I get Katskins installed in 6 months or so.
Ok lets try this again. I got them installed more or less. I ran out of daylight. I just need to cut out an oval hole on each seat (upper side bolsters) for the tilt forward levers and trim piece. The seat bottoms blew me away how perfect they fit all over. 10 out of 10. I still have one strap on each seat, (rear center console corners), I need to attach. The headrests look amazing as long as they are lowered all the way down, (hides the lame snap/buttons). Only thing, which I was expecting is that the seat back center does not sit against the seat. Just sitting down in the seat for 10-15 minutes helped push it back. I have no idea how one can make it suck up to the seat. I bought these to hold me over till next spring and I was going to spend 2 grand on Katskins but I may just put that in the savings instead. We will see how long they hold up first. Oh and mine were just the universal fit covers, not model specific.
Glad they worked well on the Challenger. As for the seat backs not fitting snug up against the seat, I noticed the same thing. After returning from a 2,500 mile road trip, they seem to have "broken in" a bit and now fit better that way. YMMV
I feel like that might be a bit too subjective for me to answer. All I can say is that for my wife and I, we have found these seat covers to be comfortable on long drives (10+ hours)
i bought coverado for my daughter's first car (2016 cruze) two years ago. My reaction to these was at least equal to yours! edit: Within a week of her getting these covers, they completely saved by daughters CLOTH seats from a coca-cola mishap at a wendy's drive through... A year later I was so impressed with these that when i bought a new (used) car for myself ('20 Buick Regal), i bought another set of the exact same seat covers by coverado for myself. Now, a year aftter that (2 years since i bought the first set) i can say these wear like iron and with minimal care (armor all) to me look as good as the day they were new and now that they've worn in a bit are MORE comfortable than ever before! One thing you did not mention that should be brought up, the thick padding on these covers that helps make them so comforatble, also make your seat heater almost useless on short drives. I've never actually timed it, but i would guess it takes at least 10-15 minutes to feel the seat heater through these covers. That's the only negative thing i could possibly say about these covers. Great job on the review, not packed with a bunch of BS like so many other reviewers do. Your efforts are very much appreciated! TU from me!
Thanks for sharing your experience with these covers. Glad to hear they are wearing well. Good point about the seat heaters. I've definitely noticed that too!
Yo! I have had the same brand lurking on my Amazon list for a while. I'm just on the fence because of the reviews. But you make a good point about the price, mine is 118$. I might just pull the trigger 😊
Yeah, not much to lose at that price. Just posted a pinned comment with some updates on my thoughts after spending 2,500 miles on a road trip with them. Cheers!
Thanks for posting this 🙌. Which color did you choose is that grey by chance? Just kidding dumb me looks like beige. Their grey is two tone and a little snazzy for my tastes! But it is only $99!

Are these good for back support daily commuters ?
