- In my first vid re-dedicating myself back to LOTDD for the next few months, I bring you back the badass, evil green ranger himself, Jeff! With only a few tries I got the perfect playthrough to show you guys. The chemistry between me and the enemies is excelent, my combo creativity is at its best and everything happened the way I wanted it to happen. If you watch close enough you will see plenty of humor in how I play with the enemies, and how I set up some interesting events, including finding a funny glitch at the end. This is probably going to be my last vid featuring Jeff for LOTDD. He got the first vid being that was the first time I beat Challenge mode and was my very first recording. Oh and I fixed my OBS setup so that there are no skipping frames, lag or anything like that anymore. My 1440p 60fps vids are as smooth as silk now! ;)
Content will come kinda slow, because I have to remaster the Dragons which takes a lot of practice, as well as plan out what kind of vids I'm gonna make AND make sure the vids look good. But I assure you they will be quality videos that will be fun to watch and hopefully inspire you to get into the game and donate to ULTIMATE DOUBLE DRAGON!!! ;)

Arc Systems needs to see this, show how a new modern 2D Double Dragon could be done with the Guilty Gear look
Hmm, I believe they are aware of fan games, as there many. I'm unsure how much attention they are paying to this though.

Jeff is ideal for Shaw Bros fans and those who saw the prime era of Golden Harvest films.
The majority ( if not all) of Jeff's voice effects come from an old movie called Mafia versus ninja. It was the main inspiration of the developer's vision.
The dubbing got to me. It had to come from either the Shaw Bros or Golden Harvest. Either way, it's awesome...apart from some Power Rangers and Double Dragon NES variants.
Love the old school sound effects!
The creator has impeccable taste. Oh yeah, and I like your cat.

@@nklopez56 I mean he looks stronger, but they are the heroes of the game, so they would be stronger😅. The Jeff playthrough was the best one out of the rest. I can't wait for the next one.

How are you able to use Jeff? I am still learning the combos with Billy and Jimmy.
You unlock Jeff by beating the game with Billy or Jimmy. Jeff is only available for arcade mode.

@@PrimeG2 I'm going to dictate this so it might be a little sloppy... 360-degree motion on d-pad plus switch button will do a super move, style switch one button does a 3 combo axe kick, style switch to does the pit fighter Ty double kick. Press punch after it to do the little pose and gain some energy back. Down up kick for the hurricane kick. While grabbing press jump for the Powerbomb, kick for the knee basher, punch for the body blows, and special for the co-op throw. Press punch while down to do the rising tatsumaki
That's about it really. Jeff's juggling mechanics are pretty awesome.its like UDD before UDD.

Was This Before It Changed To Ultimate Double Dragon?
Yup. It was the first real SDD mod. Took the dev almost 10 years to make it. It was a fun ride, but I won't be playing it anymore. The Movelist video was my final farewell to LOTDD.
Besides, any new vids on it will be insta-claimed because of all the movie music. So it has no future for here on UA-cam as far as I'm concerned. It will but UDD from now on.

@@O.G.Ashtre UDD is a helluva lot tougher! I'm probably the only guy that can beat his challenges. Then again, I've been playing this game for the last 6 years. I understand everything inside and out. Still though, some of these challenges can only be beaten in one way which is very unfun and boring to watch. And I'll see if I can style even a little bit in some of them.

Okay then, I'm gonna assume you know the jist of KI combos for UDD. The "Ultras" are d-pad commands that are a bit different than back forward + whatever. So here are all of those particular enders:
Billy and Jimmy
fowrard, down, forward (Shoryuken command) + Punch = Punch Ultra
Half circle back + Kick = Kick Ultra
Half circle forward + Special (your block button), then, (at the end) press Punch, Kick, or Special = Special Ultra
Jeff and Sonny
Half circle forward + Special (your block button), then, (at the end) press Punch, Kick, or Special = Special Ultra
Only Billy and Jimmy have the "Punch" "Kick" Ultras. Hope this helps. :)

@@One_Black_Panther The soundtrack? Well, yes and no. I don't have a playlist, but I know most of them by ear. I won't post links, because there are a lot of versions of the same song. But If you want to tell me your favorite tracks by telling me exactly where you heard them, I can list them. Be specific like, The second part of Mission one, or the elevator in Mission 7. Descriptions like that will make it very easy for me.

@@mrpawka Thank you for donating! I'm happy to see you're as excited for the game as I am. Now about the screen, hmmm, well that depends on what you mean by larger. You could just pause the game going to video options then select full screen instead of window.
But if you're talkin about the 8:7 aspect ratio, that's here to stay. Mr.Q wanted this to be just like the Super Nintendo days before widescreen. It's better this way, trust me.

Of course! Just beat the game once and he will be there. But he is only playable in "Arcade" mode.

how do you make the ultras on this game?
I'm not sure if your referring to Jeff or the Dragons, but you commented on this Jeff vid so I'll tell his first...
360 degree motion + SS1 will do Gen-Setsu-Ken Fury. a multi-hitting kick attack.
360 degree motion + SS2 will do Gen-Setsu-Ken Executioner. I believe its based off some MK character. Once the Jeff uppercuts the enemy into the air, press punch again for the final izuna drop. Oh, and you need 100% meter to do these.
Now for the dragons, its much different. These Ultras are ALOT harder than they are in UDD. They are more like easter eggs as they are not needed to beat the game. Also they are kinda finicky if you use them on multiple enemies at once. Anyway, I'm just gonna copy paste the txt file below so you can make a copy for yourself.
In the meantime, please know that I am making a full movelist video for LOTDD including the Ultra Combos. Its gonna be more of a tutorial than just a "show it as fast as you can" movelist. Its still gonna take a loooooonnnnng time before this comes out so I hope you can enjoy the txt file. see ya. :)

Both Dragons has a simple way to perform Super Arts from Street Fighter, which also combined can trigger 2 different
cooperative supers, more about that later ;)
All SUPER ARTS start by doing a 360° motion in the D-PAD, starting from FORWARD, then DOWN, BACK, UP, FORWARD + Style switch 2
(or 1, for Co-Op supers).

@@mhardmetalm3871 killer and monster are Billy's. Blaster and Hyper are jimmy's. They are the same combos just with different Enders. That's all for LOTDD.

Double Dragon >>>>> Street Fighter & Mortal Kombat , plus Jimmy Lee is my favorite character in Double Dragon . Do you work on the special moves of Duke , the last Main Boss or is that someone else ? Jeff has some Amazing moves , I think Billy Lee Ultra Combo should end with 3 Ryu / Ken Shoryukens in the Combos .
@@PaulWalker-uo2nh Oh yeah, they are Mauricio's and Pat's. I just wanted to make my own just to show off my playthrough and my skills. I want to create a lot of good content to attract them to Mauricio and UDD so that they hopefully donate based off my example. I wouldn't feel right abandoning LOTDD for UDD Demos at the moment. So the next several vids I'm gonna make are gonna be LOTDD.
