I was originally very worried (and disappointed) with the early photos that were shared online, as I've been really looking forward to this version of Claire being a huge RE fan for years (especially RE2). Thanks for providing an excellent and in-depth review on this figure (especially the accessories section, there are a lot of them!), it gave me a great sense of the jacket issues and they're not that bad after all. The issues with the joints, I can live with. Your review was very helpful in clarifying these for me, so I'll definitely be getting this. Thanks!

I think Damtoys have been doing a good job with the RE line. I’m surprised to hear people’s concerns about Claire’s face. She looks great imo. I think people should be worried about Ada based off of the photos so far haha. Nice review!

I think her face sculpt looks okay so I kind of agree with the community. Considering the cost of these figures, I would want them to be like they were ripped directly from the game lol.
This was an incredibly good review. The figure was absolutely savaged on BBICN (Thanks, Google Translate), so it’s nice to see a more fair and balanced review. I subscribed immediately. I’m very happy with her overall, and I completely agree that the figure looks much better in person. I actually like her sculpt, and the jacket doesn’t bother me nearly as much as I thought it would. The art on the back of my Claire’s jacket doesn’t look quite as clean as yours, though. If I didn’t already know that it said “Made for Heaven”, I’m not sure I would have been able to read it. Exposed joints don’t bother me much since I’m primarily a 1/12 collector, so I will probably display her both with and without the jacket. As popular as this figure is (at least in terms of sales) and as much criticism was leveled at the jacket, I wouldn’t be surprised if we start seeing a few unlicensed third party jackets in the near future.

I wish some of these companies actually did research and took liberties to make their faces lifelike to resemble more of the face models the character were scan off of. But to be honest these are the best looking figures of Claire and Leon, their likenesses are definitely more recognizable as Eduard Badaluta and Jordan McEwen; which I felt the final Prime 1 statues were lacking. The prime 1 statues were a letdown for me mainly because everything looked good, except their faces, which looked off and too anime-ish. Definitely looking forward to PureArts Lady Dimitrescu. For that statue, I'm sure they actually researched Helena Mankowska's face and not just the in-game render.

Overall I am still excited for this figure the puffyness of the jacket does kinda bother me but that's really the only thing, the joints would bother me except for the fact that I intend to display he with the jack on so the joints won't be visible, plus I really want to have just the accessories as well cause the guns look so good. I bought the Remake version of Claire to go with my remake Leon but I may end up trying to buy Claire's enhanced magnum SLS-60 that comes with the classic version, as well as the .357 ammo box for it and the MQ-11 suppressor and extended mag just so I can have all the weapon accessories, (I don't really care about the stockless M79 or the ATM4 though), I also have Ada on preoder and am very excited for her, I hope the seamless body and dress turn out well. Also I REALLY hope the rumors are true that they are planning on announcing a RE3R Jill and an RE4R Leon soon, those would be great figures and I really want them to continue with the RE line, also maybe getting Carlos to go with Jill and a series of RE4R figures would be great, I really hope Damtoys will continue to make figures for upcoming releases.

Mine came in bad condition, paint of the jacket came off on one of her boobs, she is missing 3 metal buttons, very dissappinted, I contacted the seller and he is willing to help me, you are right over 300 USD with taxes and shipping, very dissapointed
