  • *Threatened With Trespass Because of a Camera*
Chattooga County and Summerville had some very polite and very professional staff, and I had a great visit to the county. That was until I stepped into the District Attorneys Office.
District Attorney Clayton M. Fuller must have forgotten or has failed to properly train staff on what the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution of Georgia guarantees people. Investigator Eric must have raised his right hand and swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution. Statements Eric made could be in direct violation of his oath.
A mere existence in a public space with a camera reporting on government makes the District Attorney’s office uncomfortable. It appears that the Chattooga District Attorney’s office supports feelings over the rights every American is guaranteed. I am now curious if this is how he presents cases to the judges, based off feelings rather than basic rights.

We really could do away with about 80% of government and we would be fine. We don't need to tag office, we don't need a property appraisal office, we don't need somebody collecting hunting and fishing taxes just so we can do what is enable to us, that God has given us. As the ability to feed ourselves without having to pay somebody to allow us, to do that. Government should not get us permission to go out and hunt for our own food to feed ourselves. Does that make sense anyone?? We have to pay them in order to travel down a road, which used to be a pig trail, or used to be a path that people walked on before they were automobiles. We have to pay taxes on toilet paper just so we can clean our butts because the government says so. Really it gets worse and worse I'm sure I'm forgetting like a hundred thousand other things that we do not need them for. We should be able to have shelter without having to ask their permission and paying all kind of money to them when WE Own our land. Think about it so we own a piece of land and we want to build shelter but we have to ask the government's permission, they will only give us permission if we give them a lot money

Yes M.C.S will eventually take over the mind and render it completely useless. Sadly it may be too late on this particular case. There is not much more that can be done other than to keep him comfortable and wait for the inevitable. On the bright side comfort is what they were looking for in the first place. That and big ass pay checks.

He's a lawyer??? He can't even articulate his argument, I can't even imagine how he can argue a case!
If staff acrs like this when they know they're being recorded, I can only speculate how they act with no cameras!
SMH that a DA's office has no clue regarding constitutional rights and laws

Embarrass them more! After you are threatened or misinformed by a public servant ask them straight up what their salary is. Then ask them for a refund from their next paycheck.
