I know am late but I really love how this sounds, I played DKC growing up songs like this make me feel like a kid again while understanding everything going on around me. Truly magical.
This song is very special to me and I've never really enjoyed remixes of it, but this is a big exception. Easily the best I've heard. Keeps the essence of the original but puts a nice catchy twist on it. Great Work!

I'm meeting a new person and I feel like I'm falling in love again after years, and not from an extremely emotional perspective like when you're young... But, since long ago I have been processing my feelings and trying to understand the entire situation, calmly and with understanding... There is something about us that I feel afraid or scared of starting to love again (the wounds of the past, probably) but despite everything, I realized that there are moments in life when you have to take up the courage and feel again, start loving again with all the consciousness and fullness possible. I was listening to this track at a time of this situation in my life in which we both feel something for the other for a long time, but we did not dare to go any further for fear of pain, but I have realized that creating trust in the other with time, and in oneself, healing the wounds of the past, you don't have to deprive yourself of feeling love, and perhaps to me it is time to love again... Anyway, thank you for this beautiful arrangement
