I have been playing golf for 40 years since I was in college. At my best, I played off a 3 handicap, but over the years, I resigned myself to never being able to play at the level again. I came across this video from Kevin, and after just one practice session at the range, I applied the basis principle at my first game. I hit the ball so easily that I shaved off 9 strokes from my usual score. Amazing, I am still trying to get my head around it, but hey, it works. Thanks, Kevin. Your lessons just make too much sense , too much. LOL

I wish I could have found this video 10 years ago. His insight into the swing makes so much sense. Thanks for the help.

Love the feeling of holding the club gently with the top 3 fingers of left hand - stops the hands dominating - thanks so much 🙏

Kevin. What I want to know is, what was the difference between those 7 irons you hit 130 vs the ones you hit 200. I am the 130 yd 7 iron hitter who has been trying for years to get that 300 swing. I could not SEE the difference, I just know you were doing something different. What was it and I will work on it until get it. I see the guys on UA-cam hitting like that and the pros too and I just can't tell because my swing looks just like theirs and I have worked my butt off for years to try and find it. Thanks so much for your videos!!!

drill #2....used this swing thought on Sunday in winds 20-30 MPH and made 4 of the best swings ever.... used it again Monday and it 8 greens out of 9 on front 9 until rain stopped us...yes I'm using some of what I learned from Dr Kwon from Stage X swing but I needed the addition of your teaching to start to hit very high quality shots...good work Kevin

This man understands the golf swing. Explains it in simple terms. Tension in the golf swing is the ultimate killer. It's the killer in most sports

Awesome stuff Kevin! I found this to be very effective and I can swing with virtually no effort at 70 mph with a 7 iron. However, no matter how hard I try, I just can’t increase speed beyond about 75 mph but it feels like 10 times the effort! How do I increase club head speed while staying relaxed???

Love your explanations. Would like to clarify if the release if a conscious effort or a product of momentum aided by soft hands and arms?

Thanks for the video! In what direction should the thumb be pointing on the follow-through?
