Madonsela on JSC interviews: SA needs more judges

The Judicial Service Commission is conducting interviews to fill positions for judges in major courts in the country. The vacancies are at the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, Land Court, Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court, and various divisions of the High Court. Stellenbosch University's Prof. Thuli Madonsela says South Africa doesn't have enough judges and it's important that these positions are filled.
