I would definitely be interested in the pet wash in the laundry room. I like that the extra cabinet was able to be added in the kitchen and would want to add more, the nicely shaped countertop on the kitchen island was a very nice look.

It all depends on your land needs and customizations/upgrades you require. Each price is different due to that but this plan typically starts low 300’s no upgrades but it’s being shown with upgrades that would put it around mid 300s
