Hi! Yes you can make them 10 days before the event and store them in a container away from water or the sun ( no fridge or freezer) cmc or tylose helps the fondant to dry faster

Maria V. Cruz-Pagan hi, store in a cool, dry place until ready to use. Make sure to keep away from moisture, sun or light. DO NOT place in refrigerator/freezer. Do not place it on your baked goods until the day of your party,other wise the icing will moisten and the topper will get damaged.
