Agreed! What is most impressive about Johnny Depp's case is that there were actual malice rulings against Amber Heard. Actual malice is one of the hardest things to prove because you're required to prove that a person knew something was wrong and published it anyway. Which means people have a lot of wiggle room to say that they didn't know and can deny it.
@@optimal8155 the anti-christian leftist Union really does need to take it in the shorts in this one. They literally chose an abuser to represent abuse victims.

Help was offered and rejected several times by AH. She gets all the vitriol she fucking deserves. Refusing meds, or going off of them, is not an excuse to do evil shit. If you're well enough to choose what you think is best for you, you are well enough to face the consequences.
Maybe she'll realize she actually needs meds this time. It would have been better to realize it before she hurt someone who cared for her, but maybe this was the only way. There's a lesson to be learned in this for everyone with mental illnesses. Please get on meds if the illness is detrimental, because nobody's strong enough to control that kind of thing through sheer will alone.
Maybe now that her ego and public image have been dragged* through the shit stained sheets she will look for treatment, though I expect her to get much worse.
Meds only mask the trauma or dull someone enough to be tolerable. She needs help, not pills. Quit shilling for the pharmaceutical industry that profits off misery. I get that you’re coming from concern, but pills are rarely, if ever, the answer for pathological or psychological issues.
"I wasn't punching you I was hitting you, quit being a baby" is literally the most textbook example of gaslighting in a domestic abuse situation you can imagine.
“Who is going to believe us?” Everyone, without any proof. That’s why Johnny had to fight tooth and nail just to get his career back and win the case. A woman can point a finger and you’re done. If you don’t have an all-star lawyer, it’s over.
Even worse, there was a video once of a test when it came to possibly attacking a man or women. To keep it concise, when it was the women doing it nobody gave a shit but the moment the man lifted his damn hand, there were alot of sheep defending the women. *All on video too and this was years ago, not recent.*
When I was in Jr High I was wrongfully accused of rape and I was a virgin. The story was so ludicrous I couldn't believe my school administration suspended me. I thought it would blow over and the truth would come out. The girl finally recanted her statement after my family threatened legal action against her family. No repercussions for her yet I had my name dragged through the mud. Had to go to a different high school to avoid the stigma. That's why I watched this trial bc even though Depp is kind of a Dbag no one should have to deal with false allegations.
Others have suggested it and I agree, a knowingly false accusation should be punished with the same punishment the so-called perpetrator would have gotten, up to and including any possible death penalty. The consequences for bearing false witness needs to be extremely severe because it undermines our entire society.
@@theeccentrictripper3863 I admit, it's heavy handed, but we definitely need stronger means to deter false accusations. The punishment should at least be extremely humiliating. They should also be barred from testifying, signing contracts, or anything else that requires trust, for a certain amount of time after their conviction.
I broke up with a girl with BPD. Had to be done. I remember her telling me that her last boyfriend dumped her in public. Naturally i was like, "who would do such a thing?" It made perfect sense.
I dated a girl with bipolar disorder (and who was later diagnosed with borderline personality disorder). She was actually stable, caring, and dedicated when we were together, but after we broke up, all hell broke loose. She pretended to be pregnant with my child-despite having a condition that literally made her incapable of bearing children-and threatened to commit suicide if I didn't get back together with her. She was fat, too. I took one for the team. Take it from me, fellas: _don't stick your dick in crazy._
I would hesitate to call anything the most anything of the century when we’re only 22% through this century. Just a bit early and the human race is capable of surprisingly drastic things. If you doubt that take a look back at the previous century.
As a person with a mother with BDP, I can confirm its hell. They are experts in emotional manipulation. After realizing I had been suffering from her abuse my entire life, I decided to cut ties. In the case of my mother help was impossible.
I also have a mother with some sort of Cluster B disorder, possibly Histronic. It is a hell most people won't understand, some will even beep-boop NPC chastise you for talking against your parents. It took me far too long, after self reflecting on my own issues, to realise how much her (and my dad) had ruined me. Currently in the process of cutting all ties.
Celebrities, especially actors, should learn already that they're getting paid and worshipped for pretending to be someone else, not themselves. Maybe that would humble them a bit. But noooo, this absolutely isn't about Amber's ego trip, it's totally about abuse victims! Guess she didn't quite get the pity party she wanted, though the media sure tried.
There is a good reason why actors, jugglers and other entertainers were on the same social level as whores, pimps and slaves since Ancient Rome. Their job is to do their little song and dance, take their money and fuck off. Even mingling with entertainers was considered a sign of poor taste and could greatly harm a person's reputation. Today's society caring about thoughts and ideas of ball kickers, dick suckers and play-pretenders is a very telling sign of it's degradation.
the point about how BPD/HPD works is spot on. If they acted out from the start, no one would ever give them the time of day, so they adapt and learn hiding strategies. The key moment is when they believe they have you hooked. Once that happens, the real person is revealed for all the rage and ugliness it truly is. But then, you are partially trapped. So what is future here? More of the same. She is incapable of letting go and he can never truly escape.
I disagree slightly with Ragaholic on this. Heard was throwing things at Johny Depp on their honeymoon. She didn't hide it for that long. He should have had the marriage annulled right then. Once your spouse starts committing violence against you it's usually all down hill from there. Depp' a lefty. If Heard had married someone else instead Depp would have been supporting Heard as a victim the whole time
It's not so much that they desire to act out and learn to "hide" their problematic side, but rather that they work very hard to set things up how they think it should be, but then have an autistic spasm when things don't follow their plan. Johnny cited the first example of Amber going full Turd was when he took his own boots off after getting home instead of letting her, because she was a bit too busy to meet him right as he got back. She blew her gasket at this, because, to her, Johnny was undermining her attempts to create an idyllic home life and she couldn't fulfill her "role". The histrionics just kept escalating from there. The point is that most people with BPD/HPD aren't acting out of true malice, but rather feel like the world is out to get them and prevent them from being happy. It's a warped view to be sure and they definitely need help, but generally speaking, they're not intentionally trying to hurt everyone around them...they're just emotionally stunted and empathically blind as a result. It doesn't excuse their behaviors, but you have to understand the nature of the beast in order to actually help them and help yourself if you end up being involved with them at work or at home.
Having dated someone with HPD, I can attest to the accuracy of this. You get trapped in an endless cycle of emotional blackmail that can seem impossible to break free of
@@seansimmons73 She did hide it for a long time. As odd as it sounds, their marriage was effectively the end of their relationship. They dated for years before then. I lost both of my children to their mothers over false accusation. One did it and as soon as the other heard about it the other came in with the same. I asked her why and she looked me dead in the eye, shrugged and said “it worked for the other one”. I haven’t seen my children in over 2 years. This verdict is bitter sweet.
I hope that your children grow up to realize their mothers are terrible and they should go hang out with you. I'm really sorry things turned out like that for you.
Our society's feminine bias when it comes to domestic violence is precisely what got Phil Hartman killed - his pleas for help fell on deaf ears, and we were robbed of a great voice actor.
Absolutely correct. I remember when Phil Hartman was murdered (correct term)...his wife them killed herself, effectively orphaning their children. How did the media react? They implied that she was misunderstood and some even went so far as to vaguely imply Phil somehow "deserved" it (hint: NO ONE deserves it). The feminine bias is there and it is real

She was on Zoloft, alcohol and cocaine that day as well. She confessed to a friend that night, he returned with her in disbelief but rang 911 when he saw Phil. Meanwhile she locked herself in a room and killed herself.
Yeah, it's stupid. Mercy to the guilty is cruelty to the innocent. I don't give a damn what's going on inside your head, what mental problems you have, the actions you've committed against someone else remain the same. An insane murderer should fry just the same as a mob hitman because the victim is just as dead.
The very nature of the PD disorders is such that those with them often fail to seek help, or stick it out. Either the person can never fully admit they have a problem and it's not the world against them, or they feel such toxic shame they seek to self destruct, via self harm, or escalting damaging behavoirs. Rinse. Repeat. She will likely find a new "mark" for her supply, plenty of white knights of either sex to suit her. Buyer beware.
I am genuinely surprised, both in seeing Razorfist advocating such a Christian value and in raising some points about those disorders I was unaware of. I wish I could manage such patience and restraint right now. As it is, I see such disorders as rabies for women, with just as much likelihood of _successfully_ treating, let alone humanely. Needs help? Sure. But Amber indeed deserves the hate because of the cancel culture bs & the law favoring women. She knew what she was doing, taking advantage of the broken system. And she needs to be this example of men fighting back against this bs, and shedding light on male abuse victims.
I'd argue that cancel culture and laws favoring women are enablers that let Heard avoid real help. I don't know if she should be hated because of the things that enabled her to be terrible.
The idea that someone so far gone "needs help" when they constantly reject it and abuse people further is an EXTREMELY toxic and dangerous idea. Some people need to go down and you have to drop the bleeding heart shit sometimes instead of having it on 24/7. Sympathy should be reserved for the self-aware. Heard and many other people are not some misunderstood freak you can fix. There are people who are evil. THERE IS SUCH A THING AS EVIL!
In the past, such women were burned as witches because of the destructive nature they spread. Communities would crumble from a single women like this. We've forgotten the lessons of history.
Amber like any person deserves a chance to rehabilitate herself and become a better person but that is it. She doesn’t need nor deserve love and support from strangers, it’s perfectly fine for society at large to give her the cold shoulder for the time being. She shouldn’t be harassed or discriminated against but people have no obligation to pretend to like her. If I was her I’d move out of the states, both take and actually commit to therapy and start my life over. Of course it is much easier for me to logically say that from afar without the kind of disorder that’s behaviour would put me in her situation to begin with, I imagine she’s dealing with it quite badly atm and spiralling
Heard has refused help at every turn. From refusing to take medication intended to help her actually function like a human being, to rejecting offers of additional help made in good faith. How many chances must someone be given before we acknowledge that they don't want to get better? At this point, with proof of both her refusal to make an effort to heal and concrete evidence of her abuses, I say put her down.
I kind of have to agree, at this point it's worse than dog with rabies, that poor animal doesn't have a choice and it's not its fault, but she had multiple chances and always made a choice to be dangerous. I say take her DNA samples in case she has some useful immunity and put her down for the safety of human kind.

I’ve got a book somewhere called _I hate you, don’t leave me_ which is a huge recommend to anyone who has been in a relationship with a BPD or suspicious of their SO having it. Razor is correct about everything except that “she needs help.” One of the hallmarks of BPD is a total unwillingness to be helped or to change. And if you have any doubt, this book will settle it for you. A BPD can explain exactly what’s wrong with them and even come up with practical steps for self-improvement. Essentially, they do the job of the psychologist for them. Then they will do none of that and instead get worse. There are no known effective treatments except the one I found which is walking away and having no further contact with them or their circle of enablers. For the victim, this is extremely hard to do, because a BPD will often arrange an elaborate social circle around the victim-again as Razor describes, with a patina of impeccable sanity-designed to keep the victim from being able to leave. A BPD is an emotional wreck with perfect grace, constantly harried by feelings of profound emptiness and deep seated fears of abandonment. They spend their entire lives concocting ways to emasculate and tie down their ideal husband in their eternal clutches. Do not ever get in a relationship with a BPD. And by the way, in the beginning it feels awesome. If a BPD sets her sights on you, you will fall head over heels in love.
The other problem is that many with BPD are very good at HIDING it, until you've made the "commitment", and THEN her true nature comes out. Are such women "sick"? Probably. But don't kid yourself on this point: they are EVIL, period, and once you realize you've gotten involved with that type, do WHATEVER it takes to get clear of her, no matter what it costs. Admit to yourself that you've fucked up, and pay the PRICE...because the longer you stay with her, and she WON'T change, no matter what you spend on counseling and doctors and meds, it'll get that much more expensive, and your very life and/or freedom, let alone your health and sanity, are AT RISK, the longer you let it go on!

Our court system is so thoroughly broken. A divorce lawyer told me he once recommended to a male client, that had PROOF of his wife's infidelities', to settle out of court and give her most of estate just so he could get full custody of kids in exchange. She took the deal.
@@halcionjoy7 that was his logic as well, he could tell the guy really wanted the kids but the courts are cruel to fathers who are the majority asset holders. Just buy her off. If anything he was shocked at how quickly she took the deal. One of those "how could I have been so blind to marry such a woman" scenarios.
Two comments on that: (1) Most states don't give a damn anymore about marital misconduct, save for domestic violence, which they can and often do act based on mere allegation, rather than a conviction. And guess WHICH one is more readily believed? So, proving infidelity is meaningless these days, for all practical purposes, ALL states are "no fault". (2) Custody of minor children is always subject to revision, based on, if nothing else, what the child, as (s)he gets older, prefers for a living arrangement. This *ahem* female could shake this guy down for the lioness' share of the martial assets, then turn around in short order and sue for primary custody and child support. And, unless there's something very much compelling to presume she's unfit, like having just been released from the state prison for drug dealing and/or homicide, she'll GET it, especially if the children are young, the "tender years" doctrine still in practice, it's just now called "best interests of the child." I can think of few family courts, for example, that would award primary custody of a 3 year old girl to the father unless the mother was a complete basket case.
I like the double take on the two statements. "Faced the full force of our cultures wrath" and now her statement about the case 'this will take us back to a time when women aren't able to speakout about dv'. So in her opinion nothing really changed, except people now agree she lied.
Her statement today about this verdict "setting the clock back on DV" is galling. If anything has regressed on this issue (and I'm not sure it has, as people now recognise DV can happen in either direction between the sexes) then surely _she_ is the one guilty of regressing it? By being a proven liar? It boils down to, "How are women expected to be believed if you keep catching them when they lie?!"

Thank you for addressing the issue of child custody! I was one of the very few men in Arizona during the 1990's that was granted sole custody. Bob Hirschfeld, my attorney and the man that began the Father's Rights Movement in Arizona, was arrested on bogus charges by a Mesa judge who decidedly didn't like Bob's pro-Father stance and wanted him out of the way. Bob was a brilliant attorney that worked for squat to help men that were being screwed by the biased Maricopa County court system. He didn't deserve to have his career ended by some fucking judge that didn't like his beliefs challenged. In the end I had to defend myself in the final two hearings of my divorce and, thanks to Bob's tutoring (after he was disbarred) I won the case and custody of my son.
Right on the nose brother. I was with a woman with BPD. That's exactly what happens. What's more, because of the sheer confusion over the flip, and the fact that they're most likely blaming everything on you, you end up thinking YOU'RE the on who's got problems. Takes a bit to realize it's not you.
The line from Jim Carreys movie Liar Liar springs to mind when the evidence just kept coming out. Amber Heard and her fans "OBJECTION your honour!... this is devastating to our case"
As a Dad who fought for over a decade for custody of his kid I lived this bias. Didn't matter if my living conditions were better or if my family was closer it was all about "children should be with their mothers".
My dad constantly make fun of me for never being in a relationship. This is a big reason why. I never know if the woman I start dating is going to be crazy. I don’t want to get married, have kids, and have it all plus 50% of everything I’ve made be taken from me. If God wants me to be married, he’ll send me someone who’s not an Amber Heard.
I've seen this sort of thing happen to my brothers twice, and I've heard about this happening to friends, extended family, and former coworkers as well. The only time the courts give custody to the man is whenever the woman is completely incapable of putting up the facade of caring for the child while the courts are investigating. They have to fail over and over until the courts are tired of wasting money on one of many cases they have to deal with. I swear the courts treat women like children who just need some time to learn the lesson, instead of adults who should understand the burden and privelege of raising a child. It was enough to make me doubt my own willingness to have children, but now I think I'll just be extremely careful.
Some will call you foolish for having witnessed so many examples and still wanting to walk that path of thorns, I will just wish you the best of luck and genuinely hope you find someone that has the same conviction as you to make a strong family, such people are becoming an endangered species.
Women are eternal children, thats why the courts, and literally every institution in the world, and every single person, treats them like over privileged children. You know the saying that women mature faster than men? Thats because men dont stop maturing well into adulthood, but women stop around 13 when they hit their peak maturity. Have a discussion about responsibilities with any woman and you can see their childlike nature every time. Accountability, responsibility, self reliance, maturity, all of these things are dramatically lacking in women overall. They are constantly granted second (third, fourth, fifth...etc.) chances. Naivete rules them. Lower standards in every job, in every regard. Granted the right to vote, but specifically excluded from the responsibility of the draft and fire brigade that comes along with the responsibility of voting. Allowed pathetically lower standards to be firefighters, military, police, anything really. Granted scholarships and grants for school and business simply for being women. And it goes on into infinity. Why? Because 100% of society has always known that women are overgrown eternal children that MUST be coddled or else they will throw tantrums. Used to be that the strong men in their lives would put a stop to their tantrums, but then the government weaponized their eternal children demographics and have since used them to destroy and crumble literally everything. All successful civilizations throughout all of history fall once women gain equal power to men, because no society or organization can ever survive being ruled and guided by eternal children. And once the collapse happens and suffering and death are commonplace, the women beg for the protection from the men again, and society begins to correct itself again. Til we forget our past mistakes, again, and give eternal children power over society again.
@@7thsluglord363 I can agree with most of what you've said, but there are exceptions. I've had a decent amount of strong women enter and exit my life since I was born. However, I think that drawing too much attention to that takes away from the struggle they endured to do their duty, and the grief they never had time to come to terms with. They have some problems, but they're still worthy role models in my eyes. Of course, you could say that it's the exception that makes the rule.

I cared about Durham until I heard about the jury and who the wife of the judge worked with. Then I knew it was hopeless and at least I get to see the MSM and me too fail miserably to hold their narrative on something. Even normies woke up with that depp trial.

After 3 years of trying to get the back and 13 years of marriage, I realized that she was not going to get help, even when offered. We split (for many of the reason you might hear in the trial referenced in the video) and I was able to get custody of my kids in a few months on my own. She could not follow through with any requests from the court. If you tried to direct or encourage or help her get any court derived request done, she would actually work against you, and blame you for the failure. Razor is right, that relationship was hell, for me and probably for her. She is incapable of being truly happy. Every relationship she has is exactly as The Fist describes. Wow
Well, this was enlightening. So this disorder is cousins with narcissism and psychopathy, which also are characterized by imitating normal emotion lacking one's own.
My husband was sued by his ex because the $500 and then raised to $650 a month child support over ten years was the enough. When the oldest turned 18 she sued him for more money. I have a Borderline in the family. I'm now certain it can almost never be treated successfully. The most that can be done is to minimize the harm they can do and wait for God to solve the issue in its natural time.
I can concur. With a person with BPD the relationship doesn't start awful, quite the opposite it starts out great. If you aren't familiar with the concept of love bombing it's easy to get caught up in it and progress a relationship faster than you probably should. Then slowly after quite some time little things pushing your boundaries start happening and you give in because well it's just a little thing that doesn't mean much to you and they have done so much for you so you should probably give in to this little thing and that's how it starts then they slowly keep pushing your boundaries until your life is miserable and you are isolated from your friends and family so you have no one to help you out or even act as a sounding board to let you know that treating you this way is not normal/acceptable and your confidence is so low it's hard to see it yourself.
Oooohkay... While I'd quibble on certain points, yours is the single best minute long hot take on BPD I've heard since her diagnosis (which I share) came up. The halo effect around BPD in comparison to other cluster b personality disorders is insufferable af
That hits hard and true. It’s kinda sad honestly. Being liked for who you pretend you are, rather than who you actually are.
Being fair, it's their skills put at work but some humbling is still clearly needed.
I would add that even non-celebs could benefit from this lesson.
I think maybe Amber Heard was right but didn't get any facts right to support her correctness.
the point about how BPD/HPD works is spot on.

It's not a burden for them. They don't think the way we do. Burning down relationships for them is just normal reality in the same way eating lunch is for us. They enjoy in the same way as well.

Needs help?
@@Velarieth She chose to take advantage of that mess instead of calling it out.

Yep unfortunately I know what you're talking about you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink
Sounds like the only medicine is lead. Doctors orders!

Our court system is so thoroughly broken. A divorce lawyer told me he once recommended to a male client, that had PROOF of his wife's infidelities', to settle out of court and give her most of estate just so he could get full custody of kids in exchange. She took the deal.
You can always get more stuff. You can't have another kid just like the ones you already have. In this court system, that was probably wise advice.
Two comments on that:
(1) Most states don't give a damn anymore about marital misconduct, save for domestic violence, which they can and often do act based on mere allegation, rather than a conviction.
Our court system is infested with elves, that's why it's broken.

The whole what about survivors thing is crazy, survivors should be the most angry at her
I've seen this sort of thing happen to my brothers twice, and I've heard about this happening to friends, extended family, and former coworkers as well.
Understandable choice. Personally, I'm choosing the MGTOW route. Shit's too crazy for me.
All of them were not of my generation, and all of them were strong out of necessity. However, I think that drawing too much attention to that takes away from the struggle they endured to do their duty, and the grief they never had time to come to terms with. They have some problems, but they're still worthy role models in my eyes. Of course, you could say that it's the exception that makes the rule.

So, just thanks for being, of all people, the one person whose take isn't littered with 20 year old biases, pop-psyche falsehoods and outright dehumanizing condemnation of sufferers. Every time I think I know which way you'll go on a thing, you manage to surprise me, and I'm not easily surprised by most humans being humans, so...
Kudos!
A friend of my sister and brother in law was constantly accussed of domestic abuse by his partner and unfortunately we all believed it. Right up until he hid a video camera in the living room and recorded her screaming and literally throwing herself into walls head first, screaming and crying like she was getting rag dolled around the house. This was back in the 90s when you never got small cameras and most people didn't have a mobile phone nevermind one with a camera. Neighbours called the cops when they arrived he stuck the video on and they done nothing yould think waisting police time at minimum but no. He made sure everyone that knew them seen that tape, so yeah don't always believe it outright folks the guy never laid a hand on her infact he ended up marrying my cousin after it
I like the part where Amber's defense team argued against Johnny's case using the print edition of the article she wrote with the ACLU when she was specifically being sued for what she wrote in the online version of the article she wrote with the ACLU.
My last ex had BPD, and the switch from obsessive love to hate at the drop of a hat was likely the most destructive thing anyone has ever put me through. That shit was absolute brutality, sometimes we’d be having a great day together and she’d immediately switch into genuinely hating me
