I think the running joke in these episodes is that the robots constantly look down on humanity for supposedly dooming themselves due to complex environmental or sociological reasons when really they were outcompeted and replaced by cats. Something nobody predicted. It's a take that against people who claim to know how the world will end.
becasue they made the cats super smart, just like how in the eps of rick and morty show that if you have a pet it have to be WAY dumber then you to work to be a pet, when they become smart and can use tools like humans now and more they just killed them all from the start and the rockets was used because they was trying to run away from the cats they made.
its funny because all the outcome of our undoing is the most unlikely and most likely one to happen, not because of the deadly AI is because Cats did a better job then us at staying alive.
Stray
@@zsewqthewolf1194they made the cats smart and have posable thumbs.
*Bad Travelling* .. I’m at a loss for words - what a masterpiece.
As soon as I saw the crabs spawns, I screamed BURN THE BLOODY SHIP 😂😅
Violet Evergarden - fr was saying to my TV “Nah throw the whole ship away” and “Kill it with fire” when it lay kids.
Couldn't agree more!
The conflicts are soo deep in that I feel
If the ocean was contaminated with micro plastics then how were the cats surviving on canned tuna fish?
remember the humans made the mistake of giving them the able to talk and think for themself and most of all TUMBS!
Kinda dumb down a bit as you said at ending since it was the cat that go to mar. It make the pile of human skeleton feel less tragic and the story is more like the cat commit genocide human at the fence when they tried to leave the planet .
I think the cat was meant to metaphorically represent billionaires
@@hagfish4998 maybe human did go to mar but the end just joke about elon musk
I mean this was really like the first episode? The point is that humans were self-destructive and thus ended (probably) their existence because of greed and short-sightedness.
cats commiting human genocide feels like something cats would absolutely do given the chance O_O
@@jakubblaha4904 Blame Cravendale milk then?
just saw this season 3 episode but left confused, it seemed like a prequel considering the robots at the ending of season 2 were surrounded by the ultra intelligent cats with opposable thumbs ready to make slaves of the robots.
Nah, it’s not a prequel. Notice that the tall silver robot has his blue eye from the broken toy in the first one
I'd have to say that of all the various videos in the series, the "Three Robots" vids are my favorites. The satire is right on, and it shows that cats are the superior species. We have two cats of our own, and if they had opposable thumbs, THEY would have US. I willingly yield my "crown of creation" delusion to the cats...
Love this season
Same here!
The outro of this episode sounds like an intro of some song, can someone give me the title? If that sounds familiar to you.
Three Robots...more please!
Hey guys it made me start with volume 3 so I’m confused am I get spoiled???
Why not click on volume 1 and start watching from there?
Loved this season
Same can be asked of us in history. Why did Europeans spend all that money on boats when they could have used it to fix Europe? The biggest fallacy is thinking all of our problems can be fixed. Humans are not perfect, there will always be problems to fix no matter what continent or planet.
Except, all the problems mentioned in the episode actually have doable solutions
Basic empathy for people would have fixed it for sure the top 0.01% would rather set the other 99.99% on fire rather than take that money and idk fixed the problems THEY made not to mention this is still going on today the top 1% are killing our planet and when food and water insecurity comes they won't suffer we will
How did you miss the whole point of the episode this badly? LMAO
@@Metroid-tc1by No spoilers. I haven't watched it yet.
@@murrygondwana7260 alright
Three robots: rich bad state good
That's off the mark. they even showed the state heads ate each other. More or less it's about how we don't work together and instead fend for our selves. Even when in the face of detriment that comes for everyone.
Greed bad
Working together strong
@@pugasaurusrex8253 Commie propaganda 100%
@@melelconquistador No, they showed an anarchocapitalism world, theybsay it clearly, watch the episode again
@@AgustinRicarte. did you miss the bunker scene where they elected who to eat?
Love this season 😊
Such a good one!
@@BrainPilot I’m saving some episodes for me to watch when I get these 🍄
cool video
Hey everyone I’m confused right now I just started this show but it made me start with season 3 with this episode so I’m confused why Netflix pick this one for me first
You picked it
@@itsDjjayyArt I was testing new episodes from every Netflix series and it started with season 1 but this one said play series or something it’s no biggie I was just confused
Netflix does that with other shows too
Its a good one to start off with, sit back, smoke a j and enjoy the mind bending bizarre world heading your way.
What quote was the robot going to say by the philosopher though?
If you truly want to know you will Google search Santayana philosopher quotes. I found a bunch of them that were inspiring and thought provoking.
@@adventureinlife7700 interesting 🤔
Wait, it's actually already released?!
I've watched all of the episodes and 3 Robots and a couple others are worth watching of this series. And the one from season one the best.
wow a lot more people than i thought hated this episode huh
4 locations for class world leaders
When I watch the Three robot I was looking like😶 this it's going to happen soon , bc how's ppl is stuck up with money ,ungrateful with money .it just me or what ,.....Did anyone pay attention to it the episode showing us that how it going to be they going to lead us behind and take the rich people to Mars that's a true sign 😶 but only they did they replace a human to a cat but supposed to be a human not a cat
Honestly, overly preachy and nothing of substance said here. It wasn’t even worth the eye roll because of how much the points here have been screamed online and in the meta so much. Found my self on my phone most of the episode while listening in the background.
Basically a lot of “I’m 14 and this is deep” writing going on. I did like the original though.
I thought the same thing had 0 subtlety, its intended for a mature audience we don't need the message shoved down our throats, we can infer meaning for ourselves the first short was definitely better.
@@Gman224 So in other words for a message to be good and worthy of being listened to it must be a message with inferred and not direct meaning?
Interesting that a message a person doesn't care about or simply doesn't want to hear is considered to be preachy. But a message that falls in line with a person's personal bias and interests is not peachy and can't be said loud enough.
Regardless of all that its true the top 1% would be the death of us as well as the lack of empathy
Honestly at this point, y'all deserve this message being shoved down your throat
orang bot is me.
what are your fav episodes this season?
bad traveling
The swarm, jibaro, in vaulted halls entombed and night of the mini dead
All of them
@I'm_myth I just watched it twice lol
my no.1 is definitely the swarm id love to see this as a series.
2. is actually mason rats lmao so funny and 3rd is kill team kill
special mention is in vaulted halls entombed bec i love the action and drama
I love the robots in the show it reminds me of so called free slaves be careful robots they have a tendency to trick slaves back into servitude mabye you solution was best
This was the best episode of Vol. 3 They should have saved it for last.
This season was good! Except this episode.
why?
This episode is mind blowing. Alot of foreshadowing for the future. Open your eyes buddy.
@@mjsalinas08 we've seen too much shit like this it's not that deep
Poor Steve😂😂😂
We have to stop the elites
The cat😂😂😂
I am sorry... What is there to explain? If somebody did not understand this short, their place is at the kindergarten.
They should have genetically engineered dogs instead
It was just a propaganda piece. A blemish in an otherwise good season.
This episode was such leftist propaganda
This
I mean was it wrong....... when you look at the 3 "exist strategies" do you think they would have worked especially with the lack of empathy
LMAO
You say that like it’s a bad thing.
Your the reason humanity is doomed.
These are my least favorite of the series. The robots act too human.
go cry about it ❄️
Too American you mean?
