I love your videos because they are a quick refresher for law students who just need a quick brush up and reminder on certain topics, and a good introduction to new students and those thinking of entering a career in the legal field. Keep it up. I do however wish one day we could have a longer, deeper dive into certain topics. Your videos are great for scratching the surface but always leaves me wanting to find out more.

Hi! I definitely get your point. The nature of teaching on this channel at the moment means I'm trying to get as much content covered as possible. This means that the detail is potentially lacking in some areas.
In the future I do definitely want to go into far far more detail on all these topics though!

I’m here to try and do my own personal research and looking for answers to a recent court ruling where I was a defendant, totally disoriented by the whole horrific ordeal and left drowning with little guidance or help / feedback from my solicitor . Unfortunately my brain can’t comprehend any of it as it seems to be constantly contradicting itself with multiple options leading to even more confusion. 😵‍💫

@@newagetemplar6100 I’m sorry to hear that. Law is by no means an easy to grasp or understand and even legal practitioners who have been in the field for many years are still learning new things every day. It isn’t something you can just pick up and understand, not meaning to offend or downplay your research in the slightest so I apologise if it comes across that way, I’m just speaking the truth.
If you are not happy with your solicitor, you can request someone different to represent you if you feel they have not done their job properly or skimming the details and not giving you correct and accurate legal advice, even if it’s a duty solicitor you can request someone else.
I wish I could help you but I am not qualified to give legal advice for the moment and I wouldn’t even attempt to because it can be so easy to give incorrect information and set you up for failure and anyone who is not qualified shouldn’t attempt to either, that’s another potential lawsuit waiting to happen.
I can give you reference material to help guide you down the correct research path for the section you’re trying to understand.
