She made a mistake in the relationship with the girl, and that girl went away and changed the way she was to fit in into a new circle and be something she’s not (The mask). Looking it at the color of the girl’s mask, hers was purple because of her pain, not because she was truly one of them. Just by BK being in that circle, BK ended up having on that same mask.
