Here here! I'm in the same boat as your son and I thank the universe for Jacob blessing us with these videos. He is seriously helping me better my life.
I think you have some great videos. I am not a welder by trade. I weld on the farms and ranches, mending fences, h braces and equipment. But I really enjoy your videos, and it seems to me you do have a great attitude. Keep helping the new guys, there's not many guys like you that are willing to help.
Great advice, love following your videos. Im a welder of six years thinking about rigging up soon. Never did school or welder helper just learned on the job.
Well said!! It all starts with attitude, the right attitude!!! Skills will be and can be taught but.if you have a real chip on your shoulder with a real crap attitude....well you can't teach them anything they know it all

I just hope the big man upstairs is looking out for me like he did you when I break out after school. I really enjoy your videos. looking forward to checkin out your rig. Do you know if there's any work in SE NM or West Texas? Im thinking about getting on as a helper during the summer and dont want to travel to far from home if possible. Thanks
having 100's of hours of pipe welding experience at welding school would help, But always stay humble and happy go lucky for sure. at school you practice until you get it right and then practice until you cant get it wrong no matter what the situation.
What do you mean by making 22-inch welds minimum? is that the inches you weld or? pipe diameter? thanks, buddy need the info to know what to expect out there!
You're an inspiration to all welders who want to become Pipeliners !
