- In this episode I have come to a brand new field (well for me anyway!)
Brian has tipped me off that there could be some nice coins in this field so I decided to get my Metal Detector and go and see if I could find some for myself.
It threatened to rain most of the day and it was the first time I knew it was Autumn as it was misty and the leaves were dropping everywhere - Goodbye summer!

Certainly not a pro Chuck by any stretch of the imagination. I guess those pull tabs just aren’t worth missing and I’d rather dig them then wonder what it could have been buddy 👍👍

I think the thing is what you were thinking was about rigging for rope to go through is more of a seal stamp you put your coat of arms in the bottom of it and then you press it onto wax to seal your letter
That's called a mini ball here across the pond!
A very nice video again! I love the heraldic pendant, such beautiful colours! And of course, a hammered is always worth the efforts. Nice drone footage! I think this winder is too big and clunky to belong to a watch or clock. I could imagine that conradrose-bf5us is right with the suggestion of a barrel tap key. Look forward to your next video! I think the watch/clock winder might be a barrel tap key, nice finds from that field, I wouldn’t be surprised if you find something that will be classed as treasure in that field, there is lots of history just waiting to be found in that ground
Funnily enough that field did produce something incredible but more of that to come 😉

Great stuff as ever Michael - yeah, the pendant is fab, (and I wasn't expecting all that colour!...). Also liking the 'dangly' artefact with the tiny ring - I'd guess it to be really old, partly 'cos all the 'widths' don't look uniform or exact, (so hand-forged?...). Great filming too matey - sound perfect, and I liked your new wide/drone 'tech-shot' showing the camera kit in your PTC's - excellent matey!... 🙏

How are you attaching your shovel behind you like that? Is it somekind of velcrostrap?
I made a hook with a belt loop earlier this year and it worked surprisingly well. Used it on every outing since and couldn’t live with without it now 👍👍

Hey Eddie, they certainly do work for the 2.0 update mate. 2.0 is basically the same as 1.10 in terms of programs 👍👍

When I try your stubble program on the deus 11, V2 version the the tone breaks are different frequencies from yours, just new to it, am I doing something wrong, many thanks
I would love to see the finds after you clean them properly.
I try to film the best bits although I appreciate my best bits might not be someone else’s. I usually shoot the video on the weekend and upload it the following week which gives me limited time to clean and research everything 😬👍
