मीठे पुआ - गुलगुले रेसिपी Sweet Pua Recipe - Gulgule Recipe - Malpua recipe

गुलगुले पुये या मीठे पुये बहुत ही आसान रेसीपी है. पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में घर की नई वधु किचन में पहला पकवान बनाती है वह है मीठे पुये या गुलगुले. धार्मिक कार्यों और पूजा में भी ये मीठे पूआ बनाये जाते हैं. मालपुआ जहां फैले हुये होते हैं गुलगुले पुआ पकौड़े के आकार में होते हैं. अगर आप मीठा पसन्द करते हैं तब आपको ये मीठे गुलगुले पुये बहुत पसन्द आयेंगे.
आवश्यक सामग्री - Ingredients for Gulgule
गेहूं का आटा - 1 कप
चीनी - ¼ कप
तेल - गुलगुले तलने के लिये
विधि - How to make Sweet Gulgule Pua - Sweet Pua
किसी पैन में चीनी और 1/2 कप पानी डालकर इसे चीनी घुलने तक पका लीजिए.
इस पानी से आटे को घोल लीजिए. 1/2 कप पानी और आटे में डालकर घोल तैयार कर लीजिए. घोल को गुठलियां खत्म होने तक फैंट लीजिए. इस घोल की कन्सिस्टेन्सी पकौड़े के घोल जैसी होनी चाहिए, चमचे से गिराने पर लगातार गिरना चाहिए. घोल को 10 मिनिट के लिये ढककर रखिये.
इस घोल को थोड़ा और फैंट लीजिये. साथ ही कढ़ाही में तेल डालकर गरम होने रख दीजिए.
घोल की 1 बूंद तेल में डालकर चैक कीजिए कि तेल पर्याप्त गरम हुआ या नही. यह तुरंत सिककर ऊपर आनी चाहिए. पुए को हाथ या चमचे से गरम तेल में डालिये. 5-6 या जितने पुआ तेल में अच्छी तरह आ सकें डाल दीजिये. जैसे ही पुए नीचे से सिकते जाएं, इन्हें पलट दीजिए. पुओं को मध्यम आग पर लाल होने तक तलकर निकाल लीजिये. सारे पुए इसी तरह तलकर तैयार कर लीजिये.
गरमा गरम या ठंडे पुए (Gulgule Pua - Sweet Pua) चाय के साथ या हल्की भूख में खाइये.
सुझाव
अगर घोल ज्यादा पतला होगा, तो पुए चपटे बनेंगे, ये फूलेंगे नही.
अगर घोल ज्यादा गाढ़ा होगा, तो पुए स्पंजी नही बनेंगे, ठोस बनेंगे.
घोल को अच्छी तरह से जरूर फैंटे.
पुए चीनी के बदले गुड़ से भी बनाए जा सकते हैं. गुड़ से बने पुए ज्यादा लाल दिखते हैं.
