An extremely profound realisation. When fe eventually forces its way to the surface with me it akways comes out as a negative controlling attention seeking drama causing childishness. But as you say, its purpose when that happens is to make everyone else feel the same way so that it can validate that youre actually a human with feelings that impacts the surrounding world and not just some detached aloof logical robot all the time

Are we going to ignore the amazing background? I can feel the scent of old books, the library and most importantly, knowledge. Very interesting video, i can speak for myself that i do such, in meaning I want to share the moment of watching a comedy video etc, as a form of emotional connection. However, I get frustrated when the other person is not on the same page as I am, and I start doubting if it was a good idea to share the "experience". Kind of a big deal. Because I would rather watch something alone to experience it, think about it, and have the feeling of freedom while doing it. However if the other person is not reacting the way I want them to, it starts bothering me, takes away from my experience, because I moved out of my comfort zone with "sharing my world", willing to experience something together (movies, favorite series, science videos...). Because in that way you share a piece of your mind, expanding the bubble and let someone else in. Have a great day, you do an amazing work.

I think one way that i consider to relieve stress is through writing down my thoughts. As INTPs we tend to get lost in our worlds and minds to the point where we create amazing scenarios or innovative thoughts come into mind but all of these thoughts would tend to come out either at the wrong time or a lot of thoughts would clash together as your mind starts thinking of different things at the same time, and that creates this unbelievable stress and drain of energy without even moving. Writing down thoughts or ideas tend to shift away my thoughts in order to be more focused and also to keep these ideas for later.
P.s. great advice that i will definitely try to follow in the future👏🏽 and i subbed to your channel

sound like over use of ne. for intps ne most useful when used with si.

@@spark300c Can you elaborate on that?

@@Dappled543 well si what use to to keep focused and reduces non-concert ideals. also what keeps ideals for latter. for me si is my tertiary and generally I do not get the clashing ideals because how ti and si works the intp. ti short ne ideas and stores them in si. ne never over loads ti because INTPs are ti dominates.
for him, he sounds like entp which ne over ti and si is inferior. therefore si can not keep up with ne ideas there fore exhaustion result of entp using inferior si to keep up dominate ne.

@@spark300c Hmm, interesting. I definitely experience the same thing Hamda A is describing, and I'm pretty sure I'm not ENTP.

@@Dappled543 well with me I just do not get clashing idea though. only time I deal clashing ideas if I am try solve a problem. what exhast me the most if I had to act rapidly and give a lot stuff to doing in a short time because I do not have extroverted sensing. there are few ENTPS who think they INTPs. they way to know if you got inferior si or not.

ISTP and i find that helping others through bad times (I'm the therapist friend) is usually the best stress relief because it's an emotional project with tangible results

Holy shit. This was really good. You know I was approaching this video with my usual tinge of doubt and skepticism because the overly warm intonations you started off with, but I'm glad I listened through it, because you happened to hit the nail on the head. The content was good, and it tied a few thoughts I had about this subject together and removed a few doubts. I'm grateful that you decided to do this for us.

When I'm happy I seem to use Ne a lot with Ti of course(I see all kinda possbilities and feel lowkey hyper - I talk more and joke more)
When I'm medium/average I seem use Ti a mostly (I'm my average roboticic, logical self- fairly quiet- I talk when needed)
When I'm stressed Si dominates (I hate that) (i'm not feeling calm but anxious) - stuff repeats in my head, doom ideas, health issue ideas..terible!
When I'm around people I do not feel comfortable around I use more Fe. I try to fit in and become more agreeable (which I'm normally not)..which I dislike cause it's so boring

Your advice was very informative and it really opened up my perspective on things, lately I have been dealing with anxiety and this is exactly what I needed to hear. Some of the greatest advice to give to INTP's is that "You can't out-think your emotions".

INTP here. Last time I opened up to somebody, it was a load of my chest and could think much clearly . And no, I'm gonna do that again anytime soon.
