Cody's the kind of character similar to Dan, except he doesn't even have a true reversal, so when you're about to fight him, you're like, "Oh this'll be an easy win!" But then you get into the fight and notice he's somehow taking huge chunks of your health by barely hitting you, and you're like, "But I have superior utility/speed, I can't lose to this guy!" and then you fall apart and he wins. It's a really bad habit I have. XD
actually it was complete and it continues on with the rest of this ultra because I've done this before and it looked like the punches weren't gonna hit after the sand but it does
Nope you will only get a full connect from U2 if the opponent is hit by only ONE hit from the sand while airborn. Otherwise they will fall to the ground. In this case it was just used for the extra chip :)
The first several combos are of Sasaki dashing forward and landing a counter-hit cl.Fierce into cr.Fierce xx etc. I want to know what he is doing to set up those dashes! Later in the vid it looks like he does dash, cl.Fierce after a cr.Strong as some sort of reset. So sick.

It is possible to continue but that is very situational. And it happens very rare. Normally it hits only the First hits of Ultra. Same it was in this match.
Awesome COMBOS AND versus. i wonder WHY people didn't play this awesome game usf4 the best SO far more characters and more COMBOS AND nice moves and more colours free to download. With no error working on any computer requirements

Both same in my book, get in and hurt people, frame trap, and can from from light to medium to heavy for big damage, but no good wake up and can be spaced easily, try ken as back up character he's literally opposite of cody but his link timings are same, use ken as back up vs Ryu, Guile, Dhaslim, ect... but if you want to be a specialist only use 1 character and learn the match ups. Aka: Sas-cody Smuggles-Dudley Momochi-ken.

I am a huge Final Fight fan, but I think that Capcom should have done considerably better with Cody - how the hell did they make a legendary character like Cody look so gay ?! Especially with this " hua hah " and the face of a 40 year old virgin...No disrespect - just my 2 cents.

The only time it fully connects in the air is if the dust hits at a certain height in the air. The combo sasaki did was meant to finish with the dust.
I don't play Cody but you gotta respect the amazing timing and distance Saski has.

Yes, it is not complete U2. It useful when the opponent has low life and can be used for finishing by hitting the first hits of the Ultra.

They need ta make a new low budget Final Fight that worked as well as the Double Dragon Neon game(better if anything). Either way i'd buy it.
