A party filing affidavit in reply to interrogatories can be cross examined or not?
sir what if the questionnaire prepared by plaintiff is self incriminatory in nature for defendant? Is he bound to answer all questions??
I think concept of self incriminating is in criminal law not in civil law. So defendant must have to answer all questions even if it goes against him.
