Kakashi whould still have obitos sharingan, if you have watched naruto using talk jutsu on him (idk really remember witch part was it) when obito was 5th hokage it was shown there that kakashi still had his sharingan. Even tho kakashi wanted to give it back to him, But he didn't accept it.
