you need a rotary or dual aaction to properly polish. This wont do anything, it's not properly rotating it's rotating very slowly In order to polish you need to have the pad spin fast - without that you're havoing to moving the machine about so much which will do your back in.
Too hard pressure and movi g too fast. This machine barely works for its intended use buy you really have to LET it work. The indicator you need. If it's not rotating just vibrating youre pressing too hard.
Some weird sounds, is the machine vibrating too much and bouncing on the bonnet or just motor strain?

The second cloth is for removing the wax, you shouldn't apply wax cream on it (it's written in the manual).

I agree, and also the rotary speed on max is quite slow. I do like it to wax my car tho. Makes a 2 hour hand job finish me in haf an hour
