- Hi all! Welcome back to my channel! We are seriously on a drugstore foundation review kick! Today is all about the Elf Cosmetics Flawless Finish Foundation! Such an affordable foundation and I am so happy with the outcome! I hope you enjoy the video.
WEAR TEST UPDATE: I am on day 4 of wearing this foundation and absolutely loving it. It wears really well throughout the day with a quick touch up in the t-zone at lunch. I get a good 8-9 hours of solid wear out of it, even in the heat! Definitely a great everyday foundation for someone looking for a medium coverage!

This is my best foundation. I have an oily skin and it works very well on me... I'm very sad because we don't have elf cosmetics in lebanon. I love it so much

Are you sure it's not light as we're foundation twins it seems or similar....I'm an nc35 and tawny in double wear

Okay. I bought that halo glow. Medium 4 shade which close to my skin. But wanted to buy a normal foundation from elf. Can you do some. Really wanted to get the right shade for my face.

I’ve been using this for months now. But what primer works with it? I’ve just been moisturizing before.
I like to use a mattifying primer just in my tzone! Love the one from covergirl called trublend base business! It’s great!
I use e.l.f. luminous putty primer.
I just bought it yesterday and used it to day and I like it 👍I tried the elf with the serum and sunscreen and I threw that one away the smell of the sunscreen tooo strong I know hving it in your foundation is good but I usually don’t smell it 😩
I haven’t tried the one with the sunscreen! It’s always a bummer when products have a strong scent!

Can you please tell if this is silicone based or water based foundation? Also after using a moisturiser when i apply foundation my skin pills
It is water based! Try to wait 10-15 minutes to let your moisturizer really soak into your skin before applying your foundation and see if that helps! 🫶🏼

I’d recommend the shade Linen or Sand 😊😊
Is this good for olive skin tone?
Yes! They have a great shade range but I do have olive /warmer undertones so if you are similar in shade try this one!
Wait why was there oil in the foundation when you first squeezed some of the product out when the packaging claims the foundation to be “oil-free”? 🤨

I have combo skin but I do feel this would work really well for those with dry skin 😊

I’m new to makeup can some one please tell me how do I find my shade?? The ones that seem about my skin tone are always tooo light

No I find it more of a semi matte / natural finish 😊
Are you supposed to find a color that totally matches your face ? I have pink undertones . So does that mean I need to find a shade that has pink undertones ? Or would that make it worse? BTW - you don’t need foundation
Yes finding the right undertone is very important. If you have pink undertone search for foundations with pink base/undertone. Avoid cool tones. It will look very ashy.
