The Willow is such a great bag. Up until this weekend, I'd seen it all over Instagram etc, but seeing it in person was a whole other experience. As usual, Coach's quality and construction did not disappoint- you're right, the Willow is a top contender for sure!

Hi, to avoid the strap from coming off, clip the hardware on the opposite side. So instead of the clip being inward it should be outward. I hope I explain it right. Anyway great video 👝👜👛 TFS

Thinking of buying this bag but went on a Coach boycott a couple yrs ago after an unfortunate run of buying about 5 bags from their retail-online site for a fundraiser and getting bags with blemishes, cut tags and damaged handles. Coach refunded me but it took approx. 3-4 weeks 😬. Did your bag come with cut tags too? Perhaps I'm being too picky. Would you expect bags purchased off the coach retail site to come in manufacturer packaging, at least with tags still attached? Great video, love your style!

I've noticed scratching and a few dings as well, which prompted me to return a few. I am quite picky with my bags as well, retail or not-we're paying good money and I expect quality products. I was disappointed that the straps don't match the picture on the website but was prepared for that possibility after seeing your video and I think the tone on tone is beautiful too. I have a question about your crossbody strap - Was there a seam sewn on the middle underside of it (two pieces of leather sewn together vs one continuous piece)? I've never seen that before and I'm tryng to figure out if this is standard or just a bad strap. Thanks!
