RuPaul would not be the person to pitch or host a drag king race, it's not in his wheelhouse. He would have no grounds to judge and give advice to such performers. The show would lack credibility.

I then had to explain that I'm a drag king. They then told me that's not a real thing. Drag kings need more recognition!!!!! It wouldn't be as entertaining as the entire point of female drag is for men to release themselves and be carefree which abides by the stereotypes of femininity. Masculinity on the other hand is a lot more restrictive as men are simply prohibited from a lot more socially, so it really would be quite boring

Tons of drag queens have clearly masculine faces but do lots of makeup tricks to look like women successfully. If you’re lazy, you can’t do it, however.
Well you have a nice jaw line you could work with that its the lips that are the issue. You're beautiful but there's definitely a way to make you masculine if you really put in work

I have so much trouble finding drag kings entertaining. I love drag queens, they’re hilarious, but I struggle in finding entertainment in drag kings which REALLY sucks because I kind of wanted to be one
It would seem that these performers are about self-expression as much, if not more so, as they are about entertaining an audience: which is AOK. But if you want to perform in drag and appeal to wider audience, you’ll probably need to start somewhere and work on an act. What’s stopping you?

Thats the whole point. UK drag culture is very different from US drag culture. UK drag can be ugly, is comedic, isn’t about being glamourous.

Just coming out of an emotionally abusive drug-fueled marriage which was also financially manipulative, I'm incredibly overwhelmed by how much I just want to wear pants and be a king again. The homeless shelter I'm at, the Alpha Project in San Diego, is very heteronormative and shitty.
