    I know you might be looking for specific exercise recommendations for changing up your workouts, but ultimately this is very specific to the individual and what you have already been doing. Focus more on changing the routines like I laid out in the video, and then just remember to occasionally do exercises you haven't done in a long time (or ever). But the best exercises are going to be the core compound movements that have been done for decades.

    this is part of the reason I like following along with videos. Get to follow a program (or make your own from them to follow), and can get the change ups in there.

      Yeah, I totally understand that videos can be really helpful especially to start out with. As long as you get a good program workout and there's the potential for them to work really well for a while.
