Heya Shane, We just got camprite back in October, using it for the first time tonight after our 150 Prado cracked a piston and was of the road for 3 months🤦♂️. Love the video was thinking of making one myself because I couldn't find anything else. Cheers, Des D
Bugger about the Prado bud! Was it fixed under warranty? This was Matt from Camprite I filmed so kinda an official video they wanted me to make for them. I’ll be filming a set down vid and a few others for them in 3-4 months.. Which Camprite did you end up getting?
@@bushandbeachaustralia Thankfully is was cover under warranty 👍 still miss the 90 series. 2010 TL8s in White to match the cars😁. Got it from qld and had transport to SA. I have joined the Camprite face book page , Just got gas plumbed from the gas bottle to the rear.
Really. 6-7mins setup for 1 person, less if there’s more people helping. Pretty bloody good setup time to sleep up to 6 up off the ground. ( with the optional single bed bunks) Also comes in weight wise at 1.2 -1.6 ton loaded (depending on which model).
@@bushandbeachaustralia I understand your very passionate about this product. But without this video and if you bought second hand with no instructions you’d be buggered on setting it up. Setup time of 6min even with this video for reference is a far stretch of the imagination. Maybe if you used every day for a week or more. Saying that I still like the look of the product and the end setup seems well thought out.
So this video is here. It’s purpose is to help people that have bought second hand to setup correctly. Of course the first few times you set up the camper it will take longer. My first time took around 12 mins. So 6-7min setup after a week of ownership/use is easily achievable without running around or trying too hard. ( pretty safe to say if someone bought one of these campers they would use it for a week or more) I do have some timed casual setups filmed if you’d like me to upload one. I do like the camper so yes I am passionate about it. We live in it and set it up most days if not every other day. I feel your opinion (about setup) is misguided but it is just an opinion and everyone has one
What next for Matt, International male model on the catwalks in Milan?
Cheers for putting in the effort and helping us rookies.
Rumour has it he’s going for an underwear modelling gig 😂. Thanks Trev 🍻
