It's funny that Indians rejected this film because according to them they didn't understood it but if this film would have been made in Hollywood with Johnny depp in place of Rampal and say Brad pitt in place of Ranbir Kapoor than Indians would have been going Gaga over it although most of them wouldn't have understood it even then. It just shows out own hypocrisy we expect bollywood to make serious and complicated in films like Hollywood but when they do we reject it because subconsciously most of us expect only masala movies from bollywood.

@@shobu10nope bro Ranbir is moviestar created by arjun rampal , arjun throughout shooting roy film ..and jaqueline played 2 characters one is arjun rampal’s gf and the other one is Roy’s gf .actually she looked like jaqueline and that’s why arjun rampal chose her for the film..there was a scene in the movie where arjun’s P.A telling him that the girl he casted looks like ayesha amir (jaqueline) who was the gf of arjun rampal

It’s gonna be 10 years to it’s shooting & 9 years to its release and I loved this film
It’s so deep and has a classic sense of touch to understand In silence like how other Hollywood films are and this film was really so good it felt so overwhelming at the end esp the climax scene….. wish I could have watched this in theatres ❤❤

Edit: So Roy was Kabir's imagination and that Ayesha with Roy is also his imagination when Kabir got Ayesha, Roy got her too as he was just another Kabir his imagination but actually a part of him. So i got it, right?!!
