@@davidgerdolle I always knew that there's heat coming out of curing unit but I didn't do anything about it... It's the first time I see such a thing. Thanks a lot Dr. David 🤗🤗
L’insertion ultrasonore des pièces en céramique avec la méthode de composite chauffée n’est elle plus d’actualité ? Atteint-on un joint de colle suffisamment fin sans ?
This is the stuff dreams are made of! 🤩 Such a pleasure to watch...clean and serene 🧘🏻♂️
I can sleep well after seeing these margins!
Fantastic work like always
Spectacular
Thank you for sharing
Why not use light cure resin cement?
This is a light cure restorative preheated composite that gives me time and convenience to remove the excesses
@@davidgerdolleso do you prefer this over resin cement ?
Why you do final polymerisation under water cooling?
@@Drahlamalbalushi. to not cook the pulp…
@@Drahlamalbalushi. yes, i made it clear I guess
Amazing 😍💪🏻
merci ;) pouvons nous utiliser de la vaseline en place de la glycérine pour la polymérisation ?
very nice case, regarding the article, is it translated to english?
It’s published in France and in German only I am sorry
@@davidgerdolle no problem, thank you
Great work ! Why air cooling during polymerization?
Cause curing unit provide a lot of heat, potentially damageable for the pulp. We don’t polymerize without cooling the teeth

its water cooling

Je ne vois aucune différence sans US
Amazing work as always! Why did you use AP-X composite from Kuraray? i've seen it being used in many studies because its high strength and durability?
Thanks 🙏🏻. APX because, beside being a good composite, it’s one of the most convenient I know. Handling is key IMHO
Where's the clinic? My teeth are.
I tried to translate French article but still did not get - how he pretreated tooth and how ceramic? Can anyone help me?
What is the best cement ??
Any composite works fine
