I recently purchased Lush Vetiver... what a cologne, smells excellent on my skin. It has that warm lush summer fragrance which can be worn at night. The other best ones are Tender Amber and Tobacco Sublime. Excellent colognes by Zara!!
I fell in love with Sand Desert At Sunset and Surfing Puerto Escondido before I knew it was a men's fragrance. Tender Amber sound lovely. I may get it!
yea the opening on it is pretty loud and agressive it even makes me want to sneeze, but it just lasts long and it’s perfect for the price and the smell is so good and addictive and unique, got a lot of compliments with this one.
Just bought all 4 as I have absolutely no Zara anywhere near me 😭 I really liked majestic green in the last round of fragrances they did in this packaging and bought tons of backups when it went on sale which I’m glad because I don’t think it’s coming back.
I had the same reaction to Spell Caramel initially, but then later, it drew me in when it reached me wafting from my hand while I was at a cafe. There was something enticing about it. I bought Tobacco Sublime on the spot, I'm a sucker for tobacco fragrances. Lush Vetiver seemed non-descript, uninteresting, while Tender Amber opened up somewhat pineapply and dried down close to Erba Pura/Kirke.
What is your favorite after having them for a few months? Someone recommended Spell Caramel to me and Fragrantica rates i as pretty strong. Perhaps if Zara has a 40% off sale, it will be more appetizing. They raised the price $6 (to $35.90) since this review.
I just smelt a new Zara frangeance called bohemian oud and it’s stunning . Could you please review the new Zara women targeted fragrances ? Thank you so much .
Glad you reviewed these! I have all of these in my cart on the website because like you said, I couldn’t find them anywhere yet. The bottles for the last few drops have been amazing. I have Majestic Green, Imperial Purple, Magnificent Black, & Sand Desert At Sunset and cannot wait to use them all during the colder Fall months and Winter. I can’t stand Zara’s Return Policy on fragrances that if you open it you can’t return it when they don’t have a sampler out 99% of the time. Like what in the hell?! I’ll test these out in store if i get a chance and see if I can get at least one that I can find a reason to buy
I tried some of the ones from the last Zara video, they're very good, if you're not a fraghead and just want to smell good I think they're perfect, for me 😬I need more performance, because the creativity is there, they're using top perfumers, but you can smell the difference in the ingredients and lasting power, I will try them though. Thanks for the video Sebastian!!2
Do you know if the jo malone zara fragrances are staying or getting discontinued? Zara customer service is terrible and can't tell what they are doing with them.
I'm a big fan of the previous batch of releases from Zara, ended up getting the bottles of Majestic green (got it thanks to you and its my favorite) Sand desert at sunset and sunrise on the red sand dunes, all great fragrances imo, the performance has been great on me and I always recommend them. I'll definitely try this collection especially tender amber and tobacco sublime.
Wow you are fast just came last week, thanks a lot Sebastian, also how about the weekly collection monday-friday? I checked tobacco sublime in store and loved it still need to check the rest of the line
I have them all, as in store I loved them all. I am female and think they are quite unisex. Didn´t want to like Spell Caramel, which is really bubblegum. SC seemed really Barbie like for my nose. In terms of comparison, I think the Sunrise and Sunset fragrances where better. However, I think all four are fun.
I tried Lush Vetiver, Tender Amber and Tobacco Sublime at a Zara store last weekend. I'm less impressed with this collection compared to the two earlier ones (color themed and desert themed), they seem to be weaker, less complex, more linear sand made with cheaper ingredients; I guess the lower price is the reflection of lower quality. Sublime Tobacco was the one I liked most, with other two being just meh. The Jo Malone signed collab are much better. Overall, a disappointment.
Tobacco Sublime and Tender Amber sound interesting to me. My only fear is that Ambroxan sometimes causes me to go anosmic very quickly. However, it usually happens when it's mixed into "blue" fragrances and ambers/warm scents that use it can still work for me.
You need to try the 4 new Zara Mens oud collection all done by Alberto Morillas that has just come out. In UK they are priced at £25.99 and do smell good. Enjoy
Today I’ve tried 3 of those, my favorite as a woman is Tender Amber, both with Spell caramel I still feel on my arms. Tabacco one basically dissapeared. Vetiver will try next time, but for sure will buy the Amber🥰
I'm sorry to hear that Tobacco Sublime isn't that strong. I was hoping it had the lasting power of their Rich Warm Addictive or Gourmand Leather which is a very good Ultra Male clone. You can say that for $30, one can't always expect strong fragrances, but Cremo seems to have no problem with creating good performers and there are a few Bath and Bodyworks offerings that are really good and project nicely. Will Benoist Lapouza's "Sand Desert at Sunset" be covered in your next Zara video?
Thanks for reviewing these. I saw them in the store last week but they didn’t have tester out. Disappointed about Spell Caramel, name sounded good but Zara fragrance name never matches how it smells and good thing I didn’t blind buy that one. Tobacco Sublime sounds interesting. Will definitely have to pop by the stores and try them. I recently bought Sand Desert at Sunset and I love it!
Just ordered vetiver and tobacco £22.99 in the UK, thanks another brilliant vid as always, and just noticed the have re bottled vibrant leather in refill bottles, but juice is clearer, wonder if they have reformulated.
Another reformulation of Vibrant Leather? How about increasing the strength for once when reformulating! The last reformulation a few years ago decreased the performance significantly.
Heh, interesting how we can be different in assessing fragrances :) My top from these are Spell Caramel and Tender Amber, but I'm a woman and I use them personally. For sure I will test more Zara's peefumes dedicated for man since in my opinion most of them are unisex 😊😊 especially from the Perfumer's collection(s)

The price point of these fragrances is certainly attractive. I'm thinking of getting Tender Amber for my 17 year old nephew - would it be suitable for a teenager?
