Can't believe you went to Camarone and didn't show the flamingos. Try the other end of Riohacha they have built a new malecon with a few swish restaurants. Good luk

There weren't/aren't Flamingoes in Camarones. Somebody told me they were down the Coast somewhere, but there weren't many of them there right now. A new Malecon? Damn! Completely missed it.
