I have an idea for your table covering, get the table top measurements (look on Amazon) go to home Depot and ask them to cut out a plexiglass type of material for you with those measurements, if I'm not mistaken the cut would be free but you would have to purchase the material, I hope you see this and that it helps
To cover your table: I saw a girl on tiktok go to Lowe's or Home Depot (one of them cuts items for free) and get a ceiling light panel. Get it cut to the measurements of your table, and put it onto your table with the adhesive tape. It has one rough side and one smooth side I believe, but its soo much less expensive than a piece of glass &, should pretty much work the same. I'm planning on doing that for my nail table. 😁

For a table cover I got a plastic pvc cover like what Grannys put on the kitchen tables and it’s been working amazing

Take the dimensions of your table to your local glass shop and they will cut and bevel the edges on a piece or two, depending on what you choose and are able to transport, of glass to your specifications.
That's what I did...maybe you will have some luck locally.
