Olá amigo. Essa medicação que você realiza para achar os 5 volts, pra mim aparece 0.43 em VDD na escala 20 no multimetro. Pode ser problema na placa? Pois o botão não liga de jeito nenhum, nem fazendo o jump que você fez.
@@lucas7252 Oi Lucas, possivelmente deve ter algum regulador de tensão com problema ou algum capacitor danificado.... Tem que verificar a placa e identificar onde está o problema. Abraços

However, to answer your question, by performing a jump between the terminals of the button resistors for a short period of time and if everything is ok on the board, the machine should start working. Previously, it was checked if the fuses were good and if the thermal fuse was ok. I hope I have helped you.
