I'm just stating the fact in most of his stream there will be someone who do it, and in this vid most of them are sniper, you can even check in his stream and these guy show up more than you think. It's not important if you're a noob or a pro, you can always snipe someone intentionally or unintentionally. They may only want to play, to test their strength with the streamer or just be there and mess around. You can see the different between non-sniper and the rest with their team comp tbh. Whether if Bullet can make a comeback or not also very depend on how generous the oppoment can give, not just his skill and luck
