- Hey Bookworms! 📖 Today we went book thrift shopping again and wanted to take you along with us. We found a lot of great find which you will get to see in a book haul at the end of today's video. 🛍️ We also made a little stop at Indigo where mom checked out the special edition of a book she already owns. Hope you enjoy our vlog!

I've been using nail polish remover to get rid of the sticker residue on my thrifted books. Just peel the sticker off, put a bit of nail polish remover on a towel and gently wipe over the book. Depending on the amount of residue, it sometimes takes a couple of passes to remove everything, but it has been the best solution I have found so far.
Good gone also works. You don’t need much. I use a qtip and then and damp paper towel then a dry one. You can also heat stubborn stickers with your hairdryer for easier removal.

Great book haul. Today was The Independent Bookstore Day so I bought a couple of books on one of my local bookstores and also went to a charity store. I found a couple of good books📚🤗

It can be harder in some areas for sure. I plan to stop and check out bookstores in areas outside my own when I’m driving through to see what they have. 😊

Those darn stickers! I have used olive oil on a paper towel to rub off the sticker residue. Just need to be persistent but it has worked so far for me.

i usually just get a rag that is moist and start rubbing. it doesnt damage the books though it might take a few minutes of rubbing because the sticker kind of just falls apart
