Good job except for one detail. The air flow arrows should point down. The blower is below the filter if the dirty air was going through the blower before going through the filter then the filter would trap dirt and debris inside the blower. If you need proof of this then remove the filter and hold a piece of tissue where the filter goes and see which way it blows when you turn on the blower. The arrow on the plastic panel just tells you how to install that plastic panel not the filter.
