My Surgery is Booked! Running Injury - Osteitis Pubis

I've got some exciting news! My surgery to repair my pubis symphysis and my ab tear is booked, and it's much sooner than expected. Now I need to get all of the pre-op in a hurry if I want to make the date. Bloodwork, urinalysis, physical, and an EKG are needed.
